I bought this before I went on a 5 day vacation. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FEEDER! Super easy to set up and program and I can connect to it from work or wherever I am to check in on my bunny. Iâm able to schedule feeding times and portion sizes and the live view is great! The app will also notify me when it dispenses food. It can hold about 2-3 weeks of pellet food and the quality itself is great. It is super sturdy and works extremely well.

Great feeder for my rabbit
This feeder is perfect for my rabbit’s indoor enclosure. Great to plug in but also works a very long time on the battery. Makes it convenient to not have to put out food daily for my rabbit and worry about being home to make sure she is fed. You can set it to feed several times during the day and love that you can set the amount of food you want it to dispense at each feeding.

Works miracles. Super easy to install and move around. Battery life is long. Cleaning? you don’t even need to clean! The size is perfect to feed about 2 guinea pigs per item. It looks nice and crisp.

Great feeder for our rabbit!
This is a great product for our bunny! I would have given 5 stars, but it makes a clicking sound a few times a day when itâs idle and not dispensing food. It scares our bunny sometimes. However, it was easy to set up, the app is awesome and I love there is a camera so I can see the food dish. It plugs into an outlet, but you can install D batteries as a back up if you will be out of town and your power goes out. I was most impressed with the sturdy wire covered cord which prevents my little chewer from biting the cord.

This product is so amazing my rep uses every single day. I love how you can set the exact time. It fills a very good amount of food and I donât have to refill the top for a long time. It is definitely worth the money. Everything is super easy to program and assemble my rabbit. Loves it so much every time she hears it she runs over and know sheâs getting food. iâm very happy I got it. it seems super sturdy. It is so functional in a tiny space. The noise is a little bit loud, but totally bearable, and you can either plug it in or charge it, which I love.

Good so far but could use some improvement
I got this for my hedgehog and I just set it up. I had to modify the enclosure a little since mine doesnât have bars. Otherwise, putting it together was easy and it seems to be dispensing food alright. The power cord is very short though, maybe only ~3.5ft. My outlet is right behind the cage and it couldn’t even reach that far. Also, there does not appear to be any local storage for the camera. I expected it to have a micro SD slot but there isn’t any. It seems their monthly cloud subscription is your only option. Hedgehogs are nocturnal so the camera is a bit useless if there’s no playback, but I really don’t want to have to pay $5/month in perpetuity for that when local storage is all I needed. It’s baffling since local storage is pretty standard for video surveillance devices.

Love app & wifi not needed; battery as main source of power works for outdoor use; reliable autofeed
Really pleased with this product so far after over a week in use. Very grateful I did not need to use the app or wifi to use as I needed to use these for my rabbit houses outside away from wifi and direct power access. Using the two D batteries so far have worked well, but just needed to rig up a secure cover to protect the auto-feeder from the rain. If this company creates a waterproof version of this feeder with a larger food reserve in the future, I will be excited to upgrade in the future. My work requires me to travel intermittently and super excited I can leave my rabbits with these auto-feeders confident they will reliably work for 3-4 days.One thing to consider is to keep the feeding bowls raised at least 3-5 inches from the floor. One of my rabbits began marking her territory (food) by peeing into/by her food. Raising the bowl has helped her food stay clean of any bio-waste. Love how the bowl is easy to disconnect without taking the whole feeder off the rabbit housing. Disappointing though the bowl is not completely plastic for sanitary purposes, as the bowl got stained with the urine and wet feed. The edge of the bowl is lined with metal that helps protect from chewing.Overall satisfied with my major concern of having an auto-feeder that is reliable in feeding my rabbits when traveling for work. Recommend to distribute your animal’s food throughout the day as my rabbit’s one cup of food does not fit in the bowl without waste occurring from falling out of the bowl. It also has helped with one of my rabbits eating more slowly throughout the day vs devouring all of her food early in the morning and running out by late afternoon (my rabbits are not open feed to reduce weight gain).

This feeder is nothing but an unreliable headache.Initially, the app was glitchy (it still is) and deleted my rabbit’s feeding schedule multiple times. Then, the feeder started intermittently beeping, indicating that it was no longer networked / connected. I put it back on the network, recreated my pet’s feeding schedule (again)… twenty minutes later it was beeping again. This happened so much yesterday that I just unplugged the machine and am tossing it and buying something else. The bottom line is that the last thing you want with an automatic feeder is it to be unreliable; you want to be rest assured that your pet is being fed. Who cares about a silly web camera and speaker function when the feeder isn’t doing its principle task.PS – Customer service was unresponsive and the FAQ/troubleshooting in the app is a total joke.Buy something else if you actually want your pet to be fed.
