Soften the floor for feet and weights
I use these in my garage gym to create an area to lift weights and conduct my cardio. I have stall mats already and wanted to extend my fitness area. These were not the exact height, but they do the job. I like the way these fit together and the seams are hardly noticeable. The white flecks give it a nice look, nicer than the flat black of my stall mats. These did not have a heavy rubber odor, but they did have a slight smell for a couple of days. These do absorb dropped weights decently. I like to do some Olympic lifts, so I have bumper plates and these mats take the hits fine so far. These look and feel like they will last awhile and take some hits.

This is a great workout mat for yoga, weights or calisthenics. Fits together very nicely and stays together while using. I’d recommend a sticky mat underneath so it doesn’t shift while using it. It does have a strong odor from the manufacturer that lasts about a week but then it’s fine.

Leveled Up My Home Gym
Heavy duty gym floor mats. Color looks absolutely fabulous. These are sturdy 24Ã24 inch tiles that snap together like a puzzle. They lay flat and look seamless once assembled. Plus they don’t budge at all. It provides excellent cushion and support for floor exercises. Easy to clean too. I dedicated a small corner of the garage to use for a home gym and this flooring completely transformed this space into a real fitness studio. Takes my passion for fitness up a notch. I’m so impressed with the high quality and aesthetics.

These mats are amazing. I purchased these and a competitors and these are absolutely better. I couldn’t be happier with these. We used these in our garage for a gym and its extremely nice. They’re sturdy and are anti-fatigue. I dropped a dumbbell and the concrete floor underneath wasn’t damaged. 100% recommend these and ONLY these.

Mats are good. Been using them for about 12 weeks. They are placed over carpet and manage to keep their rigidity for the most part. I knew they would flex a lot over carpet but without laying in a new hard floor this was my quick fix. I have a bench and a stationary bike on them. The weights donât really leave much for impressions. These would be good for a hard floor for sure and they work well enough on the carpet for me
