Items arrived on time, as described, and in near perfect condition. I was really sweating this purchase because I needed two of these fans, couldn’t find them locally, and read some reviews mentioning broken glass globes. My globes were not broken, despite being shipped over the post-Thanksgiving weekend with the boxes showing some signs of rough treatment. Things inside rattled like broken glass, but it was other parts. I mention this because some of the blades on the dark brown side had minor scuffs, maybe due toa bit of shifting around inside the box? Not an issue for me, and overall, parts were well packed and wrapped. I needed two fans for an enclosed, but uninsulated AZ room, that has huge windows on the east side – very hot in summer. Only time will tell how these fans will hold up and how heat will affect the lamination of the blades. There is a limited lifetime warranty that excludes any glass or change in plated finishes (including peeling). I did not read every review, but a 5-star from early 2020, leads me to believe that most of these fans have been working well, some for almost 4 years. I am currently very pleased with their visual appeal and performance for the price. They kind of have that industrial look, but softer, due to bronze finish and enclosed bulbs. I would agree that the bronze color is dark, like a dark chocolate brown, but not black. The bubble glass shade was the main selling point for me. I like the Edison bulb look, but bare bulb glare is hard on my eyes. As concerns light output: Each fan includes three LED 5.5 W bulbs with a tapered (flame-look) design, and a B11 screw-in base. I had a professional electrician install my fans, and I made sure to observe how to install bulbs and globe, should I ever need to replace a bulb. He did say it could be a bit tricky. He pointed out to be sure and properly align the fan speed pull-chain through it’s (off center) hole in the globe, so that it hangs straight down with no rubbing/resistance. My electrician encountered no difficulties or problems installing the fans, and both are operating perfectly for now. The manual states that a small amount of “wobble” is normal and should not be considered a defect. I assisted the electrician by affixing the fan blades to the blade arms. Should I ever want to flip sides, I can attest that this is easy to do. I did not see any mention of a remote in the description – maybe this has since been corrected? I did not expect, nor did I receive any remotes. I am 5″4″ tall and can literally reach up and touch the bottom of the glass globes, so the pull chains (and on/off wall switches) are fine for my purposes. I can also see the fan direction switch quite easily just by looking up. It is set to snowflake/winter. The snowflake and sun icons are a nice feature for determining seasonal fan direction. Ceiling fans are supposed to have an average life of 10 years, so I hope these will last that long or longer. I will adjust review if needed. My only complaint is that the fans look classier than the AZ room itself – I have to get working on that.

If you’ve ever installed a ceiling fan – these are a piece of cake. Beautiful style. Functional. Clear installation instructions. Couldn’t be happier! It’s been HOT in our area lately. And humid! The air movement from these fans not only keeps us cool, but disrupts mosquitos from flying in our patio area. We can sit outside & not get eaten alive!!

Its a very beautiful and nice looking fan. My husband and daughter had to put it together it is very hard to put together. It works really well and blows out the cool air . I absolutely love it in my living room!!!!!!

It looks great! We bought it for our outdoor patio, you can barely hear it and the speed levels are great!
