Great Lock
I love this product, it works great, tons of options. I will say we had the older model without the Bluetooth and phone pairing, and that one didn’t work as well, but the new one is perfect and has tons of options. The fingerprinting is great and very sensitive meaning it works all the time. The older one sometimes didn’t read the fingerprint right away, but now its great. Again wonderful product & great cost.

I have 7 of these in my business. I love the product. I did have an issue with one of the motors going out but, their customer service was right on top of it, very responsive and replaced it for me immediately. Its electronics. Things happen but the fact they were so responsive I would definitely order another. It has a sleek design and was very easy to install and set up. The batter last for a very long time. 6 months or more and I use them multple times a day. I own a healthcare facility and it makes it easy to know whowas om and out of the medication closet and at what times. It can also limit access so I know that only the right people have access to it.

Great product with great options.
I loved this lock. It has fingerprint, combination lock and card entry options. It supports many different users so even for small businesses it is very useful. The installation is simple but has multiple steps. For standard US doors you do not need to bore holes to the door. In my case, I just drilled one small hole to mount the lock into place. You also have key entry option in case nothing works. Therefore, you cannot be locked out at all. I will test drive this product and will update my feedback if need be.

Faulty lock does not work well
I had this lock installed at one of my Airbnb units and it has been a nightmare since. It says unlock however it does not open. My Airbnb guest were left stranded outdoor multiple times . Will have no choice but to change it. So disappointing ð

good fingerprint recognition, long battery life, ease of putting in passage mode.
I have been using Harfo locks for my office for a few years now. It has good fingerprint capture and a long battery life. This is the only lock I have found where it can easily be put in passage mode by pressing the lock icon on the display while it is flashing after it has been unlocked, without having to go into the settings each time to do this (the setting for this is user limit-off- passage mode off- it can be a little hard to understand this on the manual). This makes it easy for employees to leave the door unlocked during business hours and tapping out with their keycard at the end of the day to lock it. It has a small but effective OLED screen that displays the settings making it easy to navigate to make changes. It has voice guidance as well, which I prefer to turn off. Adding users is very simple from the lock itself. If anyone has difficulty registering a fingerprint or using it to unlock I just program a RFID card- 3 are included with the lock purchase.I had problems with my lock and emailed customer service from the information included in the manual, they responded the next day and shipped a replacement.They do not have live customer service, and keeping track of the users requires writing it down, but I find that is not a problem. The replacement lock they sent me is improved from the original one I purchased- it has 3 bolts on the outside lock that fit into the hole for the latch to connnect to the backplate instead of two and one that goes through the door, so do not need to drill a hole in the door anymore. Also the reversible handle used to be secured with a single set screw on the side, but that left it wobbly and prone to coming loose over time. Now it is secured with two phillips screws under the removable magnetic plate and is much more secure. Just remember to have the physical key on your keychain or in a secure place as a backup in case the lock fails.I see they now have a bluetooth version now, which helps for programming and keeping track of the users. I find bluetooth can be slow to respond each time , no matter which brand of lock you use, and the wifii gateways can be frustrating for remote access, so I am happy with the way this lock works from the on screen menu for my needs.

I visited my sister and noticed the door lock on her front door. I asked her about the lock and how it works. She showed me all the ways it can be unlocked and the extra security feature. She said it works well and hadnât had any issues with it since she had it installed. And thatâs over three years ago.I thought the lock was cool and will be great for my home. I asked her to send me the link. I purchased the HARFO fingerprint door lock and had it installed. For whatever reason, my lock stopped working after a few months. I emailed the company and was quite surprise to receive a response in no time from a representative. I told her the issues I was having with the lock and she sent a replacement lock free of charge. Which I received less than 12 hours after our last email.I couldnât be more satisfied with my experience. From the start the representative was professional and genuinely helpful.The lock itself is top notch solid construction, smooth mechanisms, and I appreciate the attention to detail in their design.

Itâs a great lock, but They need to look at their product before shipping it out and not send it with a giant scratch in it. ðð»ðð». Or if itâs a return item, maybe look it over before sending it back out cuz it looks really bad not happy about this.

I purchased this door lock in late 2022 and just recently installed it in Jul 2023. It seems the program in the lock itself is corrupted and it didn’t work as per the manual. I asked for help with clips of video with the problems. Anna Wang from HARFO responded. She replied the next day and tell me that She is sending a new unit to my office. In about 1.5 weeks, the new lock arrived. I installed the lock and it works fine. I want to express my appreciation for the service and product support. Sam.

Do not buy this item if you’re not slightly handy. You will need to drill an extra hole in order to mount this handle. Fingerprint reader works most of the time. The cards are an awesome feature.Update:Do not buy junk from this website as it only comes with a 30 day warranty. My lockset just quit working after about 2 years. I just purchased one from a local store with a lifetime warranty and supported a local business as an added bonus.

This smart door lock is harder to install than others, and it’s also inconvenient to use. After unlocking, you have to press the door handle to open the door. As long as the general smart lock unlocks the door, you can enter by pushing the door.
