It works
For the lower price point, it works well. Fairly easy to install, looks nice, pretty good video quality, not bad sound quality (doorbell) & pretty good app notification options. The battery is just ok & I wish I didn’t have to take & recharge so often. Otherwise, so far so good. I recommend.

Exactly what I needed
This doorbell camera is awesome! It was super easy to set up, and I had it working in on time. The video quality is super clear, and I love how wide the view is. I can see my whole porch now. It records everything, which makes me feel a lot safer when Iâm not home. The chime is a nice touch too, feels just like a normal doorbell but smarter. Totally worth it!

Durable and waterproof
The video quality is crystal clear during the day and impressively sharp at night thanks to the FHD night vision. The smart human detection feature works perfectly, sending me real time alerts only when thereâs a actual movement. The setup was quick and easy with my 2.4Ghz WiFi.

Cheapâ bad
Sit back and grab a snack, this is going to be a fairly lengthy review:This security doorbell pleasantly surprised me. It isnât expensive and even for a one year subscription for cloud storage, is on the cheaper side. 1 year and 7 days worth of past recordings is $19.99. 1 year and 30 days worth of past recordings is $39.99. There are lower priced options available, but even the “expensive” ones are relatively low in price. At least compared to higher end cameras like a ring camera or blink. If you need something budget friendly that isn’t terrible quality, this doorbell camera is a nice thing to start off with. The quality of the video and picture captures is pretty good. I can clearly see people’s facial features and it isn’t fuzzy or distorted looking. I think the max limit for this camera is 1080p, but it is sufficeable enough. There is a bit of lag sometimes though. I don’t think it’s because of my internet either, none of my other devices were acting wonky alongside this camera. It doesn’t stutter for long, but it is very noticeable so I had to mention it.When the camera detects people, it sends me a little notification. Depending on how busy the hallway at my apartment complex is, it sends a lot of notifications. They don’t take over my phone screen and they’re simple enough to clear after I’ve taken a peek at what it’s chirping about. I don’t have to tap on the notification in order to see images taken, just for video calls and captures only. The ringer that goes inside of the house is loud enough for everyone in my household to hear, while not being completely obnoxious. I do wish that there was a way to change the sound of the chime though. I don’t particularly like it, but at least it works and alerts me to the presence of whomever is ringing the bell. For something this cheap, it adds a sense of safety to my family. It’s a pretty decent security camera and it works great aside from a glitch or two every so often.Actually setting up the camera to connect to the internet wasn’t hard, but the instructions could have been worded better. Some of it didn’t make sense because of misspellings or translation issues. I figured it out relatively fast though. But people that don’t really know how to use their phone or fuss with internet settings may have a harder time navigating the app.Setting up the camera was simple enough. The adhesive tape is strong, it has a firm grip on the wall that it was placed on. Screws can be added for extra stability. In order to charge the batteries, you will have to unscrew the doorbell and take it out of the base. It takes hours to charge. So when the battery gets too low, you’re SOL until it’s been juiced up again. The battery life isn’t terrible, but it could definitely be better. On a full charge it lasts for a couple of days. Three maximum, before needing to be charged again.

I am impressed with this camera. At this price point, itâs great that it comes with a 32 GB SD card â thatâs one less thing to worry about, and there are no monthly fees. The app is straightforward and easy to use. Video quality is solid for this price range, with clear visuals both during the day and at night. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable, and the battery lasted me nearly 3 weeks on a full charge, which is pretty good.Overall, itâs a great value for a wireless video doorbell with features like AI human detection, IP65 waterproofing, and an included chime.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Easy to installâbut with disappointing limitationsSetup was quick and simple, but several issues make this product hard to recommend. First, there’s no indoor chime and the app isnât reliableâit often fails to send alerts to my phone. Thereâs also no option to purchase a compatible chime separately. The manufacturer suggests using a Blink indoor camera to act as a chime, which is far from practical, especially if you canât hear the outdoor ring from inside the house.I chose the wired version assuming it would connect to mains power like my previous doorbell. In reality, “wired” only means it’s compatible with an existing chime boxânot mains poweredâwhich was not made clear in the description.Additionally, the module doesnât support generic USB drives for storage. It only works with Blink-branded options, which feels unnecessarily restrictive.Unfortunately, I waited to install it until after a new front door was fitted, so I missed the return window. Iâll likely be replacing it with a different brand that better meets basic expectations.Â

This doorbell camera is clear and seems quite reliable. HD video and night vision work great, day or night. Setup was easy with no wiring, and the WiFi connection is strong. I really like the human detection that avoids false alerts. No monthly fees is a huge bonus with local storage on an SD card. The family sharing feature is also very convenient. Great value and peace of mind!

The product is good .We have had problems setting it up one installed. The battery ran down to under fifty percent within a couple of days and we had to recharge it .There is no information about getting spare batteries also it would also be handy to know the small screw that secures to its housing although two are sent is quite easily dropped and would be almost impossible to find.It needs a basic set up suggested so that one can make simple adjustments .Our night time infra red fixed on various things a car back wheel and lamp posts so we gave gad to turn that off as it fired off every minute sometimes twice a minute even on a low setting.
