Excellent customer service
The customer service is excellent! The hard drive stopped working soon after installation. They sent a new one right away and guided me through the installation process. It was back in service in no time. The video quality is very good and clear even in low light. Setup was simple and easy other than having to run cables to the various camera locations. Overall, it’s a good security camera system for a very reasonable price.

My parents have these cameras so when it was time to buy my own, I knew I had to get the same ones. These cameras work well at night and has zoom capabilities. They also have a facial recognition and car feature. Iâve been enjoying these CCTV cameras with an external monitor so it doesnât have to be connected to my TV or computer. I can watch my home at any time. Highly recommended.

3 out of 5 isn’t a bad thing. I’m just picky.
One of the cameras had to be replaced. If you have a mesh network, it would be difficult to set up WAN access. Camera can see up to 35 to 40 yards before faces are distorted with the zoom feature. It did have an easy user interface. I wished it came with a keyboard. Hardware Installation was easy. It was well worth the money in the end. Weather resistance is a plus for quality. My little girl can operate which is another plus for functionality.

Worked great for about a month, then the app quit connecting and I could only view remotely if my phone was also on the same wifi as the system….. buy a better brand with better support as the “support” I received was a joke

We bought this camera system for our house. When we got it the dvr was giving us issues due to the hard drive. I contacted the company. They helped us in giving us a new hard drive and making sure we were satisfied with the new hardwire. The cameras come out very clear and you can download the app on any device and the playback and live view are clear.
