Great Service and Good Product
I bought this surveillance camera system to replace an old Swann system installed in my home. The installation was not too difficult because I was able to use the wiring from my old system. The video quality compared to my old system is excellent. The main reason I am giving a five-star rating, however, is because of the service I have received. My system was working fine for about four months, and then it stopped recording and indicated that the hard drive was either defective or not being recognized by the DVR. I emailed Hiseeu for assistance, and a representative responded promptly. After reviewing a screenshot of the status page for the hard drive, they sent me a new hard drive. Then, when the new hard drive did not resolve the problem, they sent me a new DVR. That still did not resolve the problem. So they told me to check the connection to the hard drive and also to check the power supply. When I switched the power supply, the problem was gone and the DVR started recording again. Then I noticed that although the DVR was recording and I could playback the recording on the DVR, I could not playback the recording on my phone. They quickly discovered that the date on my phone was incorrect. Simply correcting the date fixed the problem.This whole process took only about two weeks despite the time difference between, which delayed communications. I have rarely run across such prompt, courteous and diligent service. I highly recommend this product and this company. Thank you, Hiseeu, and thank you to the representative and technicians who assisted me.

We got this for our 6,000 sq foot building’s perimeter.I didn’t want a cloud based system, I like the idea of a DVR to capture what I need and not pay for *another* subscription.I also wanted a wired camera system so I am not relying on the sun, battery life or WIFI connection – besides most of the “wireless” systems still need a power cable going to them, so If I am doing that – I might as well run the video feed with it.(another reason is that the cameras on the edges of the building would barely get a signal from the router)So you get everything you need for most buildings. The only thing I purchased separately were a longer set of cables for the outside corners and “Smile you are on camera” signs. (The decals they give you suck, they fade quickly)I had it all up and running in ONE day, the hardest part was finding a way to bring in the cables through the bricks.The app works GREAT, I used it to aim all the cameras!The DVR/Feeds works great nice clear pictures with a huge memory ( I think I can get at least a week, not sure)I chose to buy cameras that flip to “black and white” (IR) at night because I personally think you get a better picture (less grainy) that color night cameras, but you may hate that look.I *guess* the only things I could say that could possibly be a knock is:1) The decals suck – too polite, they fade in the sun also2) The cameras are all plastic – mounts and all3) No sound (no mic in cameras)***BUT*** for the price this systems is GREAT, you have to realize there needed to be some money saving things, but NONE of them take away from the important thing – the video quality, The APP, and the DVR quality.I love this system, if you want any pics or have any questions let me know!

This product was a waste of my money and big disappointment.
I was greatly disappointed by this product when the cameras were installed. Before I purchased this item, I made sure to read the features that the camera system offers and I read through the different reviews for this camera system. When the cameras were installed most of the features that the company said the cameras had were not working. On the day when the cameras were installed, there were a lot of defects; the second camera out of the eight cameras had “no signal”, when night came the footage was in black and white and not colored vision like what the system said it would have when I read through the features before purchasing, the night lights don’t switch on when there is human or vehicle movements in the night time and the cameras were installed in the month of May and in July one day when the rain fell after the rainfall the camera number 8 out of the eighth cameras started glitching badly and it is still the same to this day. I felt deceived and defeated because a lot of money was spent to purchase the cameras. I live in Jamaica, so I have to spend more money to buy the products online due to the exchange rate and then more money was spent to pay the shipping company in Jamaica for their service and to receive the package. Also, if a product is not good, it’s not easy to return the product to America in exchange for a better product. I would have to go through a long process to get the product sent back to America. Money is not easy to get in these times that we’re living in and when you make the sacrifice with your hard earned money to purchase an item and you receive the item with alot of defects and it cannot be easily returned due to your location, it makes me as a customer feel defeated and not want to purchase the same product or other products from the company.

Reliable system with great customer support
Iâve been using this Hiseeu DVR system for a while now and overall it works very well. The cameras are clear, setup was pretty simple, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my home is being monitored. What impressed me most was their customer support, they responded quickly when I had an issue and really worked with me to get it resolved. That kind of service makes a big difference. Definitely recommend this system.

Has very clear images.Night vision works great!Easy setup, can monitor from phone.Easily view playback, zoom important events.Plus you don’t have have to review everything, the events summary saves picture images which one can go through fast, then review different videos channels for better clarity of what occurred.

This system is fantastic, complete system with great HD picture quality both day and night. The system features includes having event logs where there is a “marker” when motion is detected, this means you can go straight to the event “marker” to view the event. Very easy to playback and view recorded events. The Guard viewer App can be dowloded to your phone or other device where you can view live or playback from anywhere you are – great for home security.I contacted Hiseeu Customer Service for help on an issues and Jason was fantstic and very quick to resolve my issue.
