Great product, great customer service
The consistent low cut off torque means that I can drive small screws with no concerns about stripping them. This doesn’t work like traditional clutches with the clicking at the cut off, this uses current draw to control current so as soon as you hit the limit it just stops. Unscrewing with a micro-toque wrench yielded consistent results. I have two of these now, one at home and one at my office. After 9 months, one of them blew the transmission while screwing a bolt into place near the top end of the torque range. Probably should have just grabbed a torque wrench… I contacted customer service and they shipped me a replacement the next day, no fuss.

Almost perfect
I think this is a great geek version of a drill that every geek should have but it won’t get 5 stars from me because of a couple of points:- Too expensive, I believe that for what you get it is a very expensive drill, especially having into consideration you can’t just put in a new battery, if you are doing anything intensive, you might run out of juice before you finish the job.- It doesn’t have a case, I keep the drill in the box that it came in because it does not come with a case and I haven’t seen any for sale, so it is pretty frustrating to not have something so basic as a case, especially for the price.- Needs more accessories or options to purchase more, There is a very limited amount of tips to use, they are the most common ones, but there aren’t many, so it might be good enough for very basic needs, but don’t expect to be able to build stuff from scratch with this tool, it is more of a toy than it is a tool.

Good for the general user who thinks they don’t need a drill
People weren’t kidding when they said the battery lasts a long time. I’m not a handy person, but I do find that having a power drill is most useful for crafts and hanging decor. I lived without one for many years and now I’m not sure how I lived without one. It has also made assembling flat shipped furniture sooo much easier.I debated over this drill or a more recognizable brand, but I haven’t had any trouble with this one and it looks 100x nicer than other drills. If you’re not a heavy duty tool wielder, I think this is an excellent choice.PROS:Small and lightweight (compared to lots of other drills)Simple minimalist lookUSB chargerCONS:If you’re hoping to look like a seasoned construction dude, maybe this drill looks too cool and sleek for you.

Iâm super impressed with this drill! I use it at work, but not a ton. Maybe a handful of times a week. Iâm and I swear I still havenât even charged the thing after a month. So for me itâs perfect! Iâve had zero issues.

I honestly didnât expect a drill to look this sleek! Itâs super lightweight, comfy to hold, and the battery lasts ages. I used it for flatpacks, shelves, and even light DIY without a problem. Me enamora como se ve, es simplemente hermoso. Ya no tiene potencia de torque y no tengo idea de dónde lo puedo llevar a reparar, lo he usado bastante todo este tiempo, asà que aunque estoy decepcionado ahora, admito que es un gran producto.
