It comes with office already on it, has Great speed, and graphics. Touch screen is helpful with photo editing. It does however need a chill pad to keep it cool.

Good laptop for the money
I have had this computer for just a few days — I am typing on it now. I like the touch. It is fast. I am looking forward to using it more for my home activities and record keeping. I had my last HP laptop for 8 years and replaced it to get on Windows 11. I hope this laptop lasts me that long. So far, I am pleased. I would recommend this laptop.

Issues with modified components
I purchased this laptop in February 2025. At first it worked fine, but within a few weeks I noticed problems: the Windows Start menu, Search bar, and Microsoft Store stopped responding. After looking into the issue, I discovered that the laptopâs internal components had been replaced with parts that donât fully match the original specifications. This may explain the instability Iâve been experiencing.Overall, the system feels unreliable and Iâm not satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend checking carefully before buying to ensure the device has the original configuration.

Buenisima pero alerta con el modo S.
Luego hacer un reset al dispositivo descubri que insatar el windows como personal me dio el control completo suficiente para eliminar el modo S que se instala por default. Es importante eliminar el modo S tan pronto la PC suba se hace atravez de microsoft Apps. El modo S es para mantener la PC corriendo solo aplicaciones de Microsoft manteniendo un sistema mas seguro. Esto esta bien para niños o personas inexpertas . El modo S no es bueno para Business ni expertos en Windows.

Bought in Place of Windows 10 that won’t update.
Thought I would really like the Windows 11, but would prefer my Windows 10. The battery on this doesn’t last long at all. Maybe 6 hours at most. So much of my stuff that I transferred over from my Windows 10 doesn’t work on this laptop with Win 11. I thought it was going to be really fast, but when I play my games on Google play, they don’t work right. The screen blacks out, for about 3-4 minutes when I change areas in the game. Not too happy about that. But it is lightweight and maybe for a first computer just learning it would be great.
