Very pleased with used condition
I’ve had this Chromebook for a few weeks now with no issues at all. The only evidence of its used condition are blemishes/light scratches on the cover as pictured. Keyboard and screen are absolutely fine.

I have had this computer almost two weeks and I am very impressed and happy with this HP chromebook. I’ve had several chromebooks in my time, and this is probably one of the best ones. I love the feel of it and it is lightweight. I had one problem and that was setting up; I turned it on and it shut off and I had to turn it back on. That’s it. The battery lasts a long time, I’m really impressed. It is a charger I have never used before, it’s very modern, but I am really happy with it.

PARENTS! Do Not Buy From HP. They WILL NOT Replace Laptop only REPAIR. No Comp For Daughter 2 Weeks
Bought HP Chromebook 10 months ago. Chromebook died this morning. Daughter uses laptop for school. Also bought Asurion 2 year warranty.Since Chromebook died within HP warranty, Asurion is not Liable? So I contacted HP. They WILL NOT REPLACE laptop. I have to send it to a repair facility and not have the computer for 2-3 weeks. What will my daughter use for school now? All kids at school need a laptop. My daughter will be without now.What they SHOULD do is send me a replacement laptop and take the dead one to the repair facility. And then sell the refurbished one.DO NOT BUY A HP CHROMEBOOK. They do not care about your kids school or learning.I WILL NEVER BUY another HP product EVER again. NEVER. You should not either.

While I purchased an HP desktop, Microsoft system about a year or two before this purchased, I find myself using this Chromebook a lot, simply because of the convenience, but also its simple functions. Great little machine!
