Great purchase buy now!
So far Iâm loving this laptop. I previously had a dell that didnât even make it a year so I opted for this HP. It is a touchscreen which was a must have for me and very reasonably priced.The keyboard does not light up so that sucks but itâs seems to be the norm with lower priced laptops not an extremely big deal.You will need to go into your setting and update this laptop once you get it there are a lot of updates and it may take some time depending on your internet speed.One important thing to note is that this laptop comes with Windows 10s activated, I had a hard time figuring this out because it did not alert me I only realized after I could not download software from the web. My dell gave me a notice upon set up that windows 10s was activated. However this is an easy fix just go into your settings find your windows 10s setting and click the link it will take you to the Microsoft store and prompt you to download the free windows 10 version without the s very easy.

i really like it!
iâve had the laptop for a few months now and weâre still going strong! i use it for light gaming like the sims 4 and minecraft and it works pretty well with it for not being a gaming computer. speakers sound good and. battery life is different depending on what youâre doing. if iâm playing the sims it lasts like 3/4 hours, but if iâm watching videos or just on the internet itâs like 5/6 or so? overall i really like this laptop and itâs good for anyone who is looking for the same uses as mine 🙂

Support is not terrible
I ordered this laptop for my daughter to do school on while they were closed because of covid. It worked fine until just after the 30 day return window when the wireless network stopped being able to connect. Amazon said that the return window was closed and that I had to contact HP support.After about a month I finally got the computer back from HP. It worked fine for a while, but then the network stuff broke again. HP support is now telling me that because the device is beyond the 90 software troubleshooting window that they need to charge me in order to troubleshoot it before they can fix the network card again – even though the device came with a 1 year hardware warranty.I’m not spending good money after bad. Lesson learned. This thing is hitting the trash and I’ll make sure to check Amazon’s return policy carefully before making any major purchases.And I won’t buy an HP device again if I can help it.edit:An HP supervisor called me back and got me up and running free of change. He then sent me out a shipping box and told me to just toss it in there an get it over to them and they’ll get it up and running.

HP TouchScreen Laptop
I needed a new Laptop since my 10 year old Dell finally died. I find this HP to work quite well and so far it suits my needs.. I did purchase a mouse since I’m not used to a mouse touch pad that doesn’t have buttons. This laptop is also half the weight of my Dell which is also very nice.

No lo recomiendo porque no funciona como tal, para empezar la baterÃa no aguanta, no prende rápido es como si no tuviera carga, me saca de la página donde estoy vuelvo a entrar no me deja, cuando estoy en reunión me saca, y también muchos anuncios cuando estoy en alguna página. No vuelvo a comprar nunca más cosas eléctricas en Amazon por que no funciona bien. Ya tengo muchas malas experiencias.
