Well, since Amazon likes to censor your reviews, unless you give actual good reviews to get posted!So I will say this I finally hooked up this computer so I can take a couple weeks seems to be running really good performance wise update wise no issues so far with the mouse or keyboard though I donât really Iâm not fine for a wireless keyboard or miceI wish you wouldâve came with a manual just for because I like to have manuals and everything I buyOther than that, it does what itâs supposed to do. Weâll just see how the warranties hold up.They stated that they paid P online services to more ties what they added to the machine as well as HP warranty should give me two extra years plus additional three year AsurionHowever, I think they kind of combine them all just not really getting a deal on that aspect for the most part computers holding up

Good performance for the money
So far, I am really happy with the purchase. I went one processor generation older and save quite a bit of money doing that. The HP product was faster than my needs and also was easy to set up. I had an HP laptop before and the set-up program worked well. 5 stars here.

Missing mouse bluetooth usb controller
Mouse was missing the bluetooth usb controller and it comes with no cables other than the power supply… The cables are one thing but for the price you pay it should’t be missing any parts like the bluetooth controller for the mouse… Not worth the trouble of returning it after I set everything up so now I have a useless mouse I paid for. I recommend denying and saying no to everything the computer asks you during setup as everything about windows and Hp is now about trying to get you to consent to having your data harvested…
