I’ve been working with computers well over 40 years now. I was really skeptical on that this computer because it was renewed but for the price I said what the will see. I was completely blown away on how small it was and the lightning speed that it had. It came with a keyboard and mouse that I wasn’t expecting. The condition of the unit was like brand new. I had no problem getting online to set up everything with windows. If they have more of these don’t miss the opportunity and pass it up. I’m a busy CEO of a company. I rarely have time to write reviews but this one I had to give thumbs up to and take time out of my busy schedule and give these guys an awesome review.

Donât bother
Worked great for about 10 months and failed spectacularly. Memory errors followed by unrecoverable errors and repeating boot cycles to repair itself. Zero support from company as they only delayed responses and then hid behind their 90-day warranty without even offering any guidance on what may be the issue. Buy at your own risk.

Great little PC. Computer was in good condition. Bluetooth was dropping out randomly, they took care of the problem right away. It was exactly as advertised, and honestly the best bang for the buck for 32gb of ram, SSD, and win 11 pro. It’s quiet and I’ve been using it for remote work.

A great refurbished micro desktop computer . Purchase because my old Lenovo wasn’t upgradable to Win 11. This sucker is so much faster than my old desktop, and is fully windows 11 compatible.

Bad NVMe, I had to buy a new one
I bought this computer on the 2nd of June 2025. Just recently I started to use the computer and I had a lot of problems with it. It repeatedly showed me the blue screen when I was using it. I am currently not in the country and therefore I was unable to send it back. I had to take it to a computer store where they told me that the NVMe ( Kingfast brand) was not working properly and it had to be replaced. I had to buy a new hard drive to just use this computer.

Great value for the money
For a refurbished product this is excellent! Easy to setup and the graphics are excellent. The size of this machine is perfect! It is small and you can’t even hear it run.

We had an older model and decided to upgrade to a Windows 11. Loved the fact that the superfluous programs were not installed with windows 11. It was easy to hook up to our tv and is working well. No issues with streaming movies or music, or searching the internet. It did come with a keyboard and mouse, but it was corded, we are still using our old cordless one. The package was slightly damaged in one corner, but nothing was damaged or scratched inside.
