Another Good HP Laptop
I have had HP computers and others over the years but realized that I wanted to stick with HP. It does everything I need it to do and has given me no trouble. I like the touch screen, I’ve heard people say that the touch screen in their computer causes the screen to be less clear, but I find the screen as clear on my laptop as on my HP desktop. The battery could last a little longer, but it is no problem to plug it in when it gets low. I haven’t dropped it yet and hopefully won’t. It looks and acts like it did on the day I took it out of the box. I’d say it is quite durable!

Failed before I could fully set it up.
This device failed before it was fully updated. It runs for a couple of minutes after being shutdown to cool and then shuts down fully. Experience with this brand has been positive to this point. Do not buy this model.

A budget PC that gets the job done
Make no doubt about it, this is a budget PC. In the pictures it looks like all other HP laptops. And being in IT for the past 10 years I have ordered dozens and dozens of HP laptops for our employees. But I personally needed a budget PC and decided to give this one a try. And while I do believe it to be a good value, one has to be prepared to get what you pay for. While you do save money, you have to be content with getting less in certain areas. From a computational perspective this laptop does the job just fine for your basic streaming and application processing – just be prepared for it to be quite noisy when the fan kicks on to keep things cool. The case, and especially the keyboard, is quite cheap. It will get the job done but it is a far cry from the business class HP laptops I’m use to working on. There is no key backlighting which I have grown fond of over the years in upper level models. The display is lower resolution (1366 x 768) which can be challenging when filling out online pop-up forms where the form is taller than your display! The display itself, while plenty bright, is hampered by a very reflective coating which can act more like a mirror than a display if you’ve got windows or bright lighting behind you. The display also has a narrow viewing angle – get much outside a straight-on view and the displays grows quickly dark. The sales page states there is a privacy shutter for the webcam but there is none. Selling points for me were the HDMI port, headphone jack and smart card reader. And one of the biggest reasons I purchased this deal was to have the Office 2021 lifetime license. I did have one question I posted to the seller and to my surprise they responded in under 24 hours. Good stuff! For the price, you do have to make some concessions but if you’re willing to give up some for the keyboard and display, I think you’ll find this a good deal. And only time will tell if the lower price ends up effecting its service life.

Great college student computer
This is a graduation gift for my granddaughter, both sets of grandparents donated equally to purchase this item. From my research, this was the best bang for oue dollars. It is loaded with features that she will need as a freshman in college. It came with windows office, licensed for the life of the computer, and we purchased the assurion extended warranty.

Todo lo que se describe en el producto es lo que se recibió, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, Office 2021, pantalla táctil. Solo hay que denegar la inscripción a Office 360 toda vez que te lo solicita. Excelente compra para mis necesidades a un excelente precio.

La laptop estuvo satisfactoria. La baterÃa no duró mucho mientras la usé. Menos de 2 horas. La laptop llegó sin el paquete de Microsoft Office de por vida que se anunciaba en el anuncio. Tampoco me dieron una clave de producto para acceder al programa. Me comuniqué con el vendedor, pero no obtuve respuesta. Según HP, la garantÃa de fábrica ya habÃa expirado cuando la recibÃ. Todo el proceso de compra fue muy malo. Compré 2 laptops de este vendedor y ambas tuvieron los mismos problemas.
