Great computer buy!
I have never ordered a computer on Amazon before. Quite frankly I was a little worried about it. We have had this computer for a while now and we really love it. Set up was easy, it is sturdy and has really worked well in our home. We have have an absolutely no problem with it or any concerns that we will have a problem. We like that it is metal so it can be a little weightier than a plastic one but the way it doesn’t bother us. The screen is big and and has a settings for brightness as needed. It has the required inputs that we wanted.

Love the backlit keyboard and the 1TB SSD
I never intended to buy an HP laptop, but this one had all the features I needed at a good price. I love the backlit keyboard and the 1 TB SSD. It is fast enough to get me through some serious compute time stuff. The one feature I did not like was that the backlit keyboard turns off after inactivity, when I wanted it to stay on. I was able to change this setting in the BIOS (I asked Copilot to tell me how to do this). Now the backlit keyboard goes on until I tell it to turn off – perfect! Also the fingerprint reader works very well. I used to have an SD card slot in my old laptop, and I still needed to access an SD card, so I bought a USB/SD Card dongle – which works fine. Overall, I am very happy with this laptop.

Great computer value with SPEED!
Excellent durability and superb value for the money as well as long battery life. I have had it a total of 9 days and have only gone through 2 batteries. Setup is easy if you carefully throw it at a wall! The storage capacity sets it apart from most other computers. It had a big box and I got a lot in that prior to throwing out. Recommend this computer extremely highly and very seldom awake!
