Great Product, Even Better Customer Service!
I left a review for Hydro Cell as a seller (it’s mixed in here), but I also wanted to leave a full, more detailed review on the actual product I purchased since seller feedback has a character limit. In short: If you’re looking for a new, insulated, sturdy, well-made water bottle, I highly recommend Hydro Cell.I’m a Hydro Cell fan for life. Their products are great, but their customer service is top-notch! A company can have great products, but if their customer services doesn’t match, forget it. Hydro Cell stands behind their products and their customer service proves it! I reached out to them after losing my 2.5 year old water bottle at an airport, and Jordan was more than happy to help.The 18 oz HYDRO CELL Stainless Steel Sport Water Bottle is the only insulated water bottle I use. It’s the perfect size for the average vehicle’s cupholder, and it also fits in the water bottle holder of a waist pack for walking or hiking. I can fill it up with ice and water, and it’ll still be cold after hours of summertime walking or hiking, even if I’m in the sun.Last November, I reconnected with someone I hadn’t seen or talked to in about 9 years. I thought it would be a quick check in (we’d both been through A LOT), but after talking daily for a little over two months, we decided we needed to get together in person, so I booked a flight and went to visit. I brought my non-insulated water bottle so I wouldn’t be sad if it broke or got lost. We ended up deciding these visits needed to continue, so every few weeks, I packed my cheapo water bottle and headed to the airport. Summer is coming, and the weather has already warmed up where he lives, so I decided I needed to bring my far superior, insulated, Hydro Cell with me last time. It was great! I was able to leave it in the 95+° weather without worrying the water would get warm or I’d end up drinking some plastic.Fast forward to the end of my visit, and I’m back at the airport for a night flight back home. It’s hard enough saying “see you later” to this guy after just a week every few weeks, but it gets worse. TSA PreCheck is closed. What?! Why?! I have to go through regular security, which isn’t a big deal this time because the line isn’t long, but I have to take my shoes and zip-up hoodie off. No?! Phew! They give TSA Pre folks a card to not have to remove their shoes or light jackets; however, I find out I have to take things out of my bag to get my electronics out (which you don’t have to do with TSA PreCheck). I got through security, then to the bathroom, and then open my bag to get my water bottle to fill it. It’s not there. Where is it?! Either it grew legs between me putting it into the bin at TSA or…?? Where’s my water bottle?? I speed walk back to TSA, turning here and there hoping I’m going the right way (it’s quite the maze). I recognize one of the TSA agents from when I came through a few minutes prior. I ask her. Nope, nothing, but she checks to make sure it didn’t end up left behind before the conveyor belt. Nothing. Really?! I’m so sad. I don’t like losing things, and I take care of my stuff, so I’m really bummed.The next day, I’m exhausted. I go home at midnight and only got a few hours of sleep. I’m back at work…without my favorite water bottle. I’m back to my cheapo water bottle. Sure, it’s purple, and Hyrdro Cell doesn’t have a true purple one, but it’s cheap and not insulated. Midway through the morning, my water’s already room temp. Ugh. I hop on Hydro Cell’s website and decide to send a message. I’m not expecting anything back, but thought, at the very least, someone will get a chuckle at my little sob story and my runaway water bottle. To my surprise, Jordan wanted to make my day better! Jordan had a replacement water bottle sent my way without hesitation! They didn’t have to do that, but it sure made my day, and I’m so happy to have a new Hydro Cell to take on my adventures.

Super product with even better customer service
Love this water bottle. I have purchased 3 different sizes/styles now and all are fantastic. I try to avoid plastic as much as possible which is why I first gave this bottle a try. The bottles are the same quality but less expensive than some other brands out there.I can’t comment on the straw lid since I haven’t used that one, but the fact that it comes with 2 different lids is awesome.I also want to brag on the customer service at Hydro Cell. I got behind on the cleaning of one of the silicone rings and it got moldy. I wrote in asking how to get a replacement and was floored with their response- not only was it super quick and polite, but they more than thoroughly addressed my issue. Top notch service and I will certainly buy more Hydro Cell any time I need another water bottle.

Simple is better
I really like this water bottle because of its simplicity. It comes with two lids, one of which has a straw. I prefer to drink directly from the bottle. In this mode, the lid is attached to the bottle by a sturdy vinyl strap that also serves as a handle. Working indoors, ice lasts all day.

I love this water bottle. Iâm trying to drink more water and itâs working with using this bottle. I fill it with ice and water and have it with me all the time. My water stays cold and the straw makes it easy and quick to drink from. Iâm glad I bought this!

I got the pink. The color is pretty and bright. It fell off table twice soon after being purchased and already has two dents. My Klean Kanteen that it replaced was dropped so many times over the years and never dented so I feel like this could be a lower quality but still, it doesn’t leak and keeps my water cold

Each school year now we let our kids pick new colorsâ¦we are on year 3. This is an outstanding water bottle. Keeps drinks cold and has survived countless soccer, lacrosse, baseball, vacations, and everything a kid can throw at it. We keep their new ones for school only, and the beat up ones for sportsâ¦highly recommend

These bottles are amazing. I have 2 of them in 40oz, and seriously contemplating their 64oz one too… price is quite a decent amount, but, I would say they are worth it for sure.

Awesome water bottle! Extremely tough an the paint holds up extremely well to abuse. Both caps are very well made very durable! Keeps things hot for 24 hours plus. Keeps things cold just aswell. It will not freeze over night if you forget it in the car or something! Just an awesome bottle if your rough on your gear. I toss mine around. it bounces around the floor of my machine all day/night you wonât regret you purchase!

We have been looking for a good water bottle for a long time: it had to be right price , material, durability and We are an active family and so far have 3 bottles by Hydro Cell , 2 x24oz aand 1x 18oz. We LOVE them. Great quality, the paint feel like High grade powder coat , actually nicer than my Yeti. Bottles hold temperature really well, are comfortable to hold. We love the fact that we get two tops And that the straw on the sport top comes off ( I donât use it, my wife loves it) . The customer service is fantastic! I dropped my bottle ( on concrete) when sport top was open and it started to leak a bit. Ordered new one on Hydro Cell USA site ( $7.99 and free shipping ) and within 5 min I got email that I missed key Information for the order, I answered and within next 20 min got email that information was received and confirmation is coming. Next day I got shipping confirmation . The whole time i felt like Iâm talking to my buddy , not a customer service rep, it was so personal ! Thank you Jordan for your assistance , we will be buying more of your products .
