Works well in my garage
Just installed these yesterday in my garage. I was able to do it it completely on my own. Having an extra hand to get the first screw started would make it easier, but I was able to get them up without assistance. They have instructions but this is pretty self explanatory. They work well and look great. Iâm very pleased at this price point. I checked them out last night and they put out more than enough light. I have a double garage and put up three of them. Would definitely buy again for this purpose.

Very bright
I replaced two fluorescent fixtures in a large closet with two of these LED fixtures over a year ago. They have been working fine and are really bright. I set them to 4000K so the light would be similar to the fluorescent tubes.

Great light – if your junction box is in the correct location
I like this light a lot – it’s bright and turns on immediately, plus the brightness is adjustable. However, it’s not as easy to install as you might think. It’s supposed to first be screwed into the junction box in the ceiling at the center of the fixture, but my junction box was close to the end of the light, not at the center. Fortunately, the fixture does not weigh a lot, and the wires are pretty long (except for the ground). I had to do the install myself. So I first created a template for the mounting holes on the side closest to the junction box, drilled two holes on one side, and then used large plastic screw-type hanging mounts that screw into sheetrock. I then attached the light fixture by attaching one big screw to one of the mounts, and the fixture was light enough to hang from that temporarily without bending. I then went to the other side of the fixture, marked the two holes there, and added two more mounts. After turning off the power, I then joined the white and black wires with wire nuts and got them into the junction box. The ground wire was too short, and I couldn’t use a wire nut because it would have kept the fixture from being against the ceiling, so I just twisted the ground and fixture ground wire together with electrical tape, which then lay flat against the back of the fixture. I then screwed in the second hole on the first side, then the two holes on the opposite side, and the fixture was held firmly at those four points to the ceiling. While it would have been better to have been able to mount it directly to the junction box, it’s just not possible with the fixture design and where it was on my ceiling. But my solution worked, and it’s not going to fall.

The price is ok. Easy to install. The pro is you can choose the brightness. The con is you can’t change by the switch. You have uncover to change. Overall it is good product. But so far don’t know how long it last. For my experience , some of the LED usually last about a year or less.
