Creepy, Clunky, and Completely Useless
I really wanted to like this little robot, but the EBO Air 2 is all style and no substance. From the product photos and marketing, it looks like a high-tech, mobile indoor camera that can patrol your home, interact with pets, and offer peace of mind. In reality, it’s little more than a remote-controlled toy with a camera and a handful of half-baked features.Let’s start with connectivity: this thing has constant WiFi issues. Sometimes it connects fine, other times it just sits there blinking until you restart it—and even then, it may still fail to connect. That alone makes it unreliable as a security device. But the weirdest part? It randomly starts speaking in a foreign language, often in the middle of the night. There’s nothing like being jolted awake at 2 AM by your “security” robot whispering something you can’t understand from across the room.Then there’s the supposed “autonomous” functionality. The product description gives the impression that the EBO will patrol your home, follow your pets, and act as a roving sentry. None of that happens. If you want it to move, you have to manually control it yourself—no pathing, no realiable object tracking, no reliable scheduled patrols. You’re essentially babysitting a glorified RC car with a camera feed.As for the extras: the custom facial expressions are a gimmick, the 2-way talk has poor audio quality and lag, and the night vision is mediocre compared to much cheaper fixed security cameras. The included 32GB memory card is nice, but hardly makes up for the lack of meaningful features.In short, the EBO Air 2 doesn’t deliver on any of its promises. It’s unreliable, it’s not smart, and it’s frankly a little creepy to have around the house. If you’re looking for a useful indoor camera, there are far better options at half the price. This one is a frustrating, overhyped novelty. I regret buying it and so will you.

Such a fun little thing to terrorize your pets and significant other with. I’m dropping a star cause the app is confusing. If you scan the QR code in the box for the robot, it gives you a few options, and this particular one is not part of whatever QR code you scan includes. So I had to download a 2nd app. Then, the wifi connection is confusing. Mine connected but the app wouldn’t connect at all till I force quit and restarted it. Besides that hiccup, its very responsive, the live feed quality is good and the robot is fun to drive around. My cats are going to stop being nice to me and my wife is definitely going to leave me now, but this thing is so much fun.

Sound doesnt work.
Cute as anything. It moves well the only thing is the speaker, I can hear nothing but jarble from my daughter controlling it and that makes it basically useless. Waste of money as the point was the communication ability, which doesnt work. Puck up the cell phone and call.

Item seems to be alright, drives okay except the turning seems like it only has hyper drive. The only real issue i had was the battery life, it does not last long at all. Maybe they can offer an extended battery for larger homes.
