This sauna blanket is very easy to use. Just plug it in and bundle up. It heats up in 5 minutes. I am 51 years young, 5â6 and 152lbs. There is plenty of extra room for a taller and larger person (my husband) to use it as well. I use it at 170 degrees, for 50 minutes, 3x per week. I wear a sports bra, running shorts and socks. I use it to relax my sore muscles, release toxins, and sweat out water weight. This also helps keep me from having hot flashes and night sweats, when used regularly. Very nice color (deep black), great build quality. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time, and this infrared sauna blanket has quickly become one of my favorite self-care tools. It heats up nicely (you can really feel the difference with the max setting), and the timer is super handy. I usually do about 40 minutes and feel so relaxed and refreshed after. Itâs surprisingly easy to use and folds up well for storage. Great for sore muscles or just unwinding after a long day. Or if you’re feeling cold, it’s a great way to warm up, while doing something good for your body! Using it feels like a spa day without leaving the house!
