If you’re a roofer or contractor dealing with insurance restoration work, this book is a great guide. The steps are laid out clearly, so you’re not left guessing what to do next. I found it especially useful for keeping track of multiple jobs at once. It helps you stay organized without adding extra stress. Itâs not flashy or filled with fluff, but thatâs what makes it great. Itâll save you time, make your process smoother, and help you come across way more professional. Definitely worth it if you’re trying to level up your game in the field.

HONEST Review
Donât buy this. You can get the same information for free on Chat GPT.Lots of gramatical errors and run on sentences. It was so bad that I had to reread some things twice because they didnât make sense. I was really hoping for some great information as a newbie, but all I got was jargon. The first chapters (1-9) are about his life. I didnât buy this to learn about his life. It isnât until about chapter 15 that he gets to the âstepsâ.Just save your money and look for a more professional and informative book.

Very Accurate Assessmemt of The Process
Iâve been an independent adjuster for over 20 years and this book accurately describes, in detail, what the insurance claims process entails when dealing with the insurance company and clients; from the first inspection, through the supplemental process and the closing of the job, the author was articulate in a very organized matter which will make this an easy read. Break out a highlighter because there are manyâpearlsâ in these pages. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in becoming a contractor.

Very informative
The author is very knowledgeable and presents valuable information about insurance claims in relation to roofers and contractors. The book includes easy to follow process/steps into claim projects along with additional insight. The book is a rarity and quite useful in understanding claims for both personal and professional needs.

Mistitled
This book seems to cover steps for an insurance adjuster, not for contractors. The information provided covers basic requirements for an adjuster to evaluate damages, but does not include much information about how a contractor can deal with the insurance company to assure his client that the repair is properly handled It is not well organized or edited.

Making the insurance process easy
This very detailed guide on how roofers can surf through the insurance process and increase your revenue. The book is well written and obviously by an experienced roofer. The sections were easy to navigate, and the step-by-step guidance was easy to follow and replicate. I enjoyed the ease of this guide.

The book is about specific zones where tornado, hail storms or hurricanes crater havoc and destroy buildings. While buying it I thought it deals with other topics related to construction but it was something else but still I found it really helpful. Some of the information is quite useful like noting down everything about the damage and taking photographs is the key point to inspect the site and keeping the owner and insurance company in transparency in dealing earn a good reputation. Sharing feedback is good for winning the confidence of the owner. I really liked the suggestion in the book that at workplace one should stay away from office politics and remain focused on the work which is applicable in every field. Other things in the book are also useful like as long as one is procuring business for the company he is an asset. Every nitty gritty is important. A must read for anyone who has a future plan in mind or aspires to work in the field of construction, assessment, and insurance.

Definitely improves workflow and job tracking without all the usual confusion.
