AMAZING, handy, efficient, comfortable
I love everything about the entire set that I purchased ⦠extension cutting tool and sharp limb cutter â¦. Although you have to find the best way for you to pull the cord. So happy with the quality of these tools. I purchased a 2nd saw to use as a hand heldâ¦. But ended up gifting it to my yard maintenance guy. Then got myself another! He is overjoyed with the one I gave to him.

I paired this with the 4-piece pole set by the same manufacturer and am quite happy. I can manage that setup; more pole sections would likely be too much for me. The hook on the back of the saw is useful for pushing and pulling stuck, disconnected branches. It also allows you to just hook the pole saw on the branch while you rest a bit, if you choose to use it to cut thick branches as I do. The blade is flexible, which prevents it from staying bent when it gets flexed, which it will. I’ve abused it pretty solidly and found it pops right back into shape. I am going to add a thin lock washer under the wing-nut as that tends to get loosened by my uncoordinated thrusting and bashing of the saw up in the branches. quite satisfied with this purchase. I don’t have any business operating a chainsaw on a pole, and have always thought those saws were tempting fate a bit too much. This thing is effective and satisfying to use.

I was hoping this was going to be a screw in connector similar to what you use for paint rollers or spider web brushes but it wasn’t compatible with the pole I had on hand. I did use it like a hand saw to take care of some branches which worked great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The saw makes quick work of small and medium sized tree limbs. But it was the hook on the other side that surprised me most. This enables sawing part way through a dead limb, and then rotating the poll and snapping it off with the hook. For smaller limbs, I was able to put the hook over the limb, then rotate the poll to snap it off without using the saw. Â
