Theater quality sound in my living room
I am absolutely in love with this entire system. I wish I had the capability to record the high fidelity sound I get when just watching TV. I put on a show I’ve watched a few times and noticed with the detachable speakers that there were subtle soundtrack bits that I had missed that were so much clearer, as well as being able to hear things like whispered dialogue incredibly easily without reaching for the remote. Then I turned on some music and cranked up the bass to rwst the subwoofer. It was amazing. Almost as good as being in the middle of a concert.Set up was super easy. Removing it from the box and putting it all together and in place took no more time than deciding where to put the pieces (the subwoofer is kind of huge). I connected it to my LG smart TV using Bluetooth. I had to turn off the TV speakers or it would create an echo. The JBL One app connected to it in just a couple of seconds, and all of the pieces are synced as one – so no need to sit and click different pieces to get them to work together. And the auxiliary pieces (subwoofer and speakers) are connected wirelessly as well. I am also going to try and optical audio cord to see if it has better quality, but the Bluetooth is perfectly clear. It connects to my phone easily so I can play from there via Bluetooth or Chromecast. Oh and I was able to register the product in the app automatically in a couple of minutes, which I love, because I hate having to do extra steps for that sort of thing.The detachable speakers calibrate against each other and the soundbar itself, so no matter where you put them or how big your room is, you are always going to have the best sound for your space. This sort of intelligent design is what sets this system above the rest. I am absolutely thrilled with this system.

Surround Sound with Bass and Heavy Energy Use
Setup & UseSetup was incredibly easyâalmost too easy. It connected to a few devices without me even asking, which could be a privacy concern. The companion app isnât required; Iâve been using AirPlay directly and it works flawlessly. Wireless detachable speakers are a nice touch, except you have to use the app to enable them and that requires turning location services on which are normally off for me.Size & PackagingThe subwoofer is massive, nearly as big as a Coway air purifier, and the system came in an oversized box that was awkward to manage. It definitely requires dedicated floor space.Sound QualityFor music, the mids and highs arenât as polished compared to older Apple HomePods, though the bass is extremely strongâsometimes too strong, overshadowing vocals and instruments. Itâs immersive for movies and action scenes but less balanced for everyday music listening.Power ConsumptionOne thing I noticed is how much power it usesâthe draw is comparable to a microwave. Incredibly easy to set up. The sound quality is amazing and it gets really loud without sounding tinny or awful. There are no instructions for the remote, but it didnât take long to figure out. Included a video of the sound.

Incredible For Your Home Entertainment Experience!
I am blown away by this 7.1 system from JBL! It was so incredibly easy to set up!It literally took me abut ten minutes before I had everything set up and calibrated. I plugged in the optical cable from my TV and ran the automatic calibration sequence and had everything up and running in minutes! Compared to trying to set up a traditional home theater receiver, this was very refreshing!The sound quality is fantastic! The audio sounds like itâs coming through the TV! The stereo separation is excellent and the surround speakers really create an atmosphere of spatial sound! The subwoofer is boomy and dynamic, but has an excellent, tight response.The surround speakers have an excellent battery life. They last at least 2-3 days before needing to be charged. The charging is simple. You just have to dock the surround speakers on the soundbar and theyâll be good to go after a few hours of charging.The Bluetooth option is a nice touch too! Sometimes I just want to listen to music while cleaning or something. The switch to Bluetooth streaming is simple and seamless.Overall, I canât say enough great things about this surround system! I highly recommend it to everyone!
