Incredible stove
This stove is amazing. Have taken it on a couple of backpacking trips and I love it so far. I even bought the French press attachment for it and itâs awesome. Zero complaints works great and boils water so fast. Would absolutely recommend the stove.

Bought this for my husband. He loves this jet boiler! Very easy to use and light weight which is great for overnight hikes.

Good for backpacking and camping
I’ve been transitioning bulkier car camping gear to more backpacking oriented and this was highly recommended at REI. This is my first backpacking type stove and I love it! It’s compact, easy to use, easily cook with other cookware and fuel efficient. All the accessories nest well and you don’t have to buy Jetboil brand fuel. We bought a canister of Coleman fuel from Walmart which worked just fine, cheaper and we used it for 7+ camping trips. If you are actually backpacking, I’d recommend the Jetboil brand since they are smaller and can fit nested inside the cup. Water boils very quickly and has taken no longer than 3-4 minutes. Pot adapter is included which is great in case you want to use other cookware besides the cup. Bottom plastic cup and the actual cooking cup have measurement markings which has been useful. The plastic sipping lid has holes on it which can be used as a strainer. The rubber grips have prevented burns. The twisting control handle is great for very controlled fuel burn. Fuel can stabilizer also comes with this which is useful in case you are trying to cook on a picnic table or something else that is uneven. Here’s the bad:I don’t have a lot of complaints but I do have to say there are other stoves out there that are cheaper. I found $150 to be pricey but in the end it was worth it due to all of the useful features and included accessories. The cup is also tricky to remove from the stove right after cooking since the cup is hot. It’s a little annoying if you want to eat out of the cup or pour coffee without lugging the entire system around if you can’t separate the stove from the cup easily while it’s hot.

Love it
Works great. Wouldnât want to camp in the backcountry without it

Good option with high efficiency.
A little heavier than my MSR Pocket Rocket and 750ml Toaks pot but seems to boil faster and probably use fuel more efficiently.

Ditch your kitchen stove and just use this
Saw this thing on a lot of my YouTubers channels.. gave it a try. Holy cow is this thing quick. And compact. I might get rid of my kitchen stove and just use this. I need more room in my tiny kitchen anyhow. And I never ever use the dumb ovenâ¦itâs inconvenient to boil water.

The Good: I love the fact that you can control …
I purchased the stove last week, and have prepared a couple of camp meals on it thus far. This review is my 1st impressions of the stove. The Good:I love the fact that you can control the heat from simmer to a violent rolling boil. It boils water very quickly (2 min, 20 seconds for 2 cups of cool water out of the tap.) I used the simmer feature to cook some Ramen noodles It worked fairly well…not perfect, but good enough. Being able to control the temperature/boil of a compact stove is new for me as the last stove I purchased was almost 30 years ago. The wide mouth cup/pot was perfect for stirring during preparation and eating from when the meal was ready to eat. I saw other reviews where the Pezio lighter did not function….the Pezio ignition/lighter works perfectly on my stove. The Bad:I know it will drive me crazy, but hopefully I can get used to the fact that the gas control lever operates counter-intuitively. You have to turn it to the left to open the gas jets, and to the right to shut it off. (Exactly the opposite of what we would normally expect.) Why would Jetboil do something like that??? (I have no idea.) I made the mistake of purchasing the larger can of fuel since it was only $1.00 more than the smaller can. I didn’t consider that the larger fuel can would have to be packed separately as the fuel and the guts of the stove do not both fit in the cup. I will only purchase the small canisters from here on out so that I can fit it all together when packing it up.Overall, my 1st impressions are positive. My hope is that it will continue to serve me well over at least a decade (hopefully more).

Wouldn’t want to be without it in camp!
This little stove is a workhorse! I camp out at a little cabin my dad put together from reclaimed materials. It was always a pain to get hot water on demand for cleaning, food, and beverages.A friend camped with me and he had the Jetboil Flash and I was thoroughly impressed. When I went looking, I settled on the MiniMo due to it’s ability to have better simmer control. I can fit 4 hotdogs in it easy enough. It’ll boil 16oz of water in 2 minutes or so. Heating water for oatmeal is a breeze and it’s good to go for warming up canned soups. I even used it in the truck to fix some ramen noodles for my son and me after a deer hunt.I’m really happy with this stove. One small word of caution, your pan or skillet need to be able to take the heat. I used the included pot support and the heat was just too concentrated on a stainless military mess kit skillet. So I couldn’t use it.It might be a bit of a luxury item and it does have a bit of a price tag on it, however, I’m happy and it brings a smile to my face when I use it.

This stove is amazing, boils water so quickly, very efficient use of fuel, this cooker with a micro size fuel can is perfect for over night backpacking trips, I took this setup on a recent overnight trip with the micro fuel can only half full and it had enough fuel for my trip with some left over. I previously used a small msr cooker, but I noticed that it took a long time to boil water, this setup is lighter cause you donât need extra dishes, just eat right out of the pot. Every gram counts in backpacking and this is the best solution when used with the micro size fuel can

There are smaller and lighter products, if thats what you’re after, but my Jetboil works perfect for my needs. Packs into itself, easy set up and quick boil point with easy temp adjustment. Great product
