Very good for its price, using for 1 year, it has good noice canceling mic, good sound isolation,Can connect with bluetooth or it own receiver.Having some time issues with connection to its receiver. But no problems with bluetooth, only downside of bluetooth its mic mute button not syncronised with ms teams. But when connected through its own receiver sync with teams works well, when you mute/unmute from headset button in MS teams also mute/unmute is working

Donât waste your time. Mute button goes out constantly
These headphones are comfortable, kinda low when it comes to hearing, noise cancellation was good quality but that MUTE button is terrible. It gets to a point where it doesnât turn on and you will have to consistently shut the headphones off and on to get it to start working again. I was in the middle of calls for work and unable to mute my headphones – pissed me off. I def sent these back. Donât waste your time. Go ahead and purchase some good ones it will be the best investment.

Great Work Headset with Long Battery & Solid Features
The JLab Go Work Gen 2 Wireless Headset is a solid choice for work and everyday use. The comfort level is great, even for long calls, and the 55+ hour battery life means I rarely worry about charging. I like the multipoint connectivity â switching between my laptop and phone is seamless â and the option to use either Bluetooth or the USB dongle adds flexibility. The boom mic works well for meetings, and the mute indicator is a helpful touch.That said, the sound quality for music is just okay â perfectly fine for calls and casual listening, but not audiophile-level. Noise isolation isnât the strongest either, so outside sounds can creep in, and others may hear a bit of what youâre listening to if the volume is high.Overall, itâs a dependable, comfortable, and versatile headset for work and multitasking, with only minor trade-offs on audio performance.

Great all around headset
Great headphones and great mic with decent bass. Not too stiff on the ears and not too heavy. You can charge while using if needed unlike most others I have tried. Works with Bluetooth, wireless usbc dongle, and direct wired usbc cable on Windows, Linux, IOS, and Samsung Dex. Only need a usbc 2.0 cable for the headphones and mic to work. Great price especially if you catch it on sale.

Power off button
I waited to review this product so I could give an accurate review. The headset itself is amazing, I can use the headset for 2 days before I have to charge it again. Very comfortable on the ears. I love being able to move around answer a call then get back to my desk. Mute button is good. The thing I dislike the most is powering the headset off, it is not a simple press of the button I have tried multiple ways to power off and I have not found what works consistently. Without the struggle of the power off button the headset deserves 10 stars.

Flaky Bluetooth, mic broke, so-so comfort
I’ve had this headset since December 2023 for meetings working from home. The sound quality is pretty good. Comfort is so-so, not as good as the 1st gen (my sister has the 1st gen of this headset). The mic piece broke off a few days ago. The mute button didn’t work for a while. The Bluetooth connectivity to my work and personal laptops has been unreliable.I am now using my 6 year old Galaxy Buds for WFH which are better overall than this JLab headset- more reliable Bluetooth, decent comfort, good sound quality, not as clunky to wear. But my Galaxy Buds can connect to only one device at a time.

4.5 stars. Highly recommended with the caveat that you will need to take care to angle the ear pieces correctly or you’ll get ear pain.But its exactly what I needed for a good price. Good battery life, wireless works great. I use the dongle as the bluetooth drive in my computer is crap. I dont like sitting down for extended periods so i need to be able to walk around the house, go to the bathroom, or cook in my kitchen while im listening to whatevers on. And no wires, yay.And when i need to use the microphone I’ll just plug it in for those few minutes or an hour while im chatting. If you didn’t know already, bluetooth tech in general can only handle audio smoothly and not both audio and a microphone. There will always be a trade off with these things and unless you want to shell 300 bucks on bluetooth headphones these are pretty much the best you can get for your money.

Goede headset voor tijdens het werk. Zeer heldere gesprekken in videobellen, en goede bas als je muziek op hebt om niet afgeleid te worden. De bijgeleverde dongle voor in je PC heeft een zeer goed bereik, ik heb 40 meter verderop in de gang nog steeds ontvangst bij de koffieautomaat. Het enige nadeel hiervan is wanneer je bluetooth verbinding hebt met je telefoon, je verbinding met je telefoon wordt verbroken zodra je in de buurt komt van je PC. Dat is op te lossen door de dongle uit je PC te halen. Opladen 1x per 2 weken is voor mij voldoende. Het draagcomfort is ook prima, ik heb hem soms 4 uur achter elkaar op zonder te irriteren. De prijs is ook laag genoeg, wij hebben een persoonlijk jaarbudget waarvan we dit soort persoonlijke dingen vergoed krijgen.

Je l’ai depuis quelques jours et jusqu’ici aucun problème. Les écouteurs sont étonnamment moelleux et doux et le son est agréable (un peu de basse mais pas trop. Vraiment top). Il est léger et l’appairage bluetooth se fait sans souci.Côté autonomie, tiens facilement plusieurs jours sans recharge sauf si vous tapez dedans. Logique.La réduction de bruit est vraiment correct et convient pour le télétravail. Après il ne fera pas de miracle avec un chien qui aboie ou un bébé qui pleure. Faut pas pousser.*** UPDATE +3 MOIS *** : Concernant l’ENC, son efficacité est paramétrable aussi dans l’appli mobile. Nickel.Le bouton Mute sur le côté est bien pratique aussi.–8<-- Seuls points d'attentions : pour les fanatiques de films ou de vidéos... Oui c'est un casque bluetooth et pas un casque orienté lowlatency donc il y a entre 150 et 350ms de latence audio vidéo. Pleurez pas. On s'habitue et puis des plugins browser existent pour les puristes.---8<--*** UPDATE +3 MOIS *** : Sur ce dernier point, il existe un profil "movie mode" activable via l'application mobile et qui force la latence à < 200ms (super !!). Et même moins (50ms, soit-disant) avec le dongle (livré avec) --> Donc je valide à fond ce casque !Dernier point : prévoir une trousse pour ranger le casque. Sans être fragile il n’est pas en métal non plus donc bon, les voyages dans le sac a dos en mode vracos, moyen.Le plus : le choix des connexions ! USB-C, bluetooth et wifi 2,4ghz … Avec ça vous paré !

I needed a headset as I work as a volunteer for the Bat Conservation Trust Helpline UK. As a volunteer I couldnât afford an expensive headset but needed something that was compatible with GLO com and also worked on my iMac. This headset is excellent, easy to connect – I use it with the USB C Dongle which is supplied with it but it can also be connected via Bluetooth or wired. It charges really quickly and comes with a USB C cable, charge lasts really well easily long enough for my 6 hour shift. The sound quality is great – I had no problem hearing callers and they could hear me well too. Very pleased with it and I would recommend it to anyone working from home taking calls or video calls.I often find it difficult to get over ear headphones that fit properly and donât slip around – I have a small head but these are fine and also comfortable.
