The pad keeps coming off when mop inserted into bucket, why it doesn’t work?
NOTE! Please have a look on below instruction about how to attach pad, the three tabs-slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad firmly stuck on mop-head, so that avoid this problem!
Why the lid come off when bucket lifted?
It seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle, the thinner one which printed LOCK is actually a lock that lock lid in the bucket. So just use the lift-handle to move the bucket so that the top lid won’t come off!
What can I do if any accessories(including mop handle or cleaning cloth or mop-head) missed or broken?

“Dirty” water flows into “Clean” water?
The bucket is designed to be a “WASH”&”DRY” separate helper. The 2-bucket also refers to wash chamber and dry chamber. The DRY part is only for you to squeeze extra water after you washing the wet mop, so actually it would be “dirty” into “dirty”!
The mop-head is difficult to go inside into bucket, why?
Fill water into WASH chamber and wet the mop firstly! The dry mop is certainly hard to insert. And it happens normally at first few times uses, please push down in some strength at beginning, also tilt mop at some angles maybe helpful.

This is the easiest & most effective mop I’ve ever used!
Love it so much I’m moping more regularly. I’ve gone from hand-wringing rag mops, to roller mops, to microfiber mops, and most recently a spin mop. I have back issues, so I switched to a spin mop a year or 2 ago because the foot peddle seemed easier than bending over a bucket. I also liked the idea of the separate clean and dirty water. Unfortunately, the bucket was awkward to fill & empty, I ran out of clean water too fast, & the mop itself didnât work very well on the floors. So, I decided to give the Joy Mop a try. Itâs true that you donât have a separate reservoir of clean water, but I love how running the mop through the wet and dry slots clears the mop head of any debris. I donât feel like Iâm mopping with dirty water. I also really like how the top comes off the bucket completely, making filling and emptying the bucket easy. I noticed the big name, knock-off version of this mop doesnât have a removeable lid. In addition to ease of cleaning, the removeable lid means I can store clean mop pads & my mop booties in the bucket. The bucket is a good size. Itâs enough water to clean my entire 1st floor without having to refill, but it isnât too heavy for my lame back to handle. The rectangular shape also fits nicely into my broom closet. The mop itself works great on the floors. It slides easily along & behind toilets & fits under furniture easily. The way the head rotates is great, & you can easily use it on baseboards. To be honest, before getting the Joy Mop I mopped embarrassingly infrequently, but this mop has made it so much easier & quicker to mop that Iâm now staying on top of the chore. I also recently switched to using a spray bottle to apply the cleaner to the floors instead of putting the soap in the bucket, & Iâm much happier with the results. My floors have never been cleaner.

This is a very good mop set it works very good easy to use very durable keeps the dirty water from the Clean Water the weight is very featherly and it’s not having it’s very compact easy to store away in the map will lock into the unit so it stays together at all times and it’s a good set to have

Light weight and easy to use
I bought this mop specifically to wash the walls of a bedroom. I opened and used it as soon as it got delivered. This is one of the best mop and bucket combos Iâve used. It was light weight and cleaned a large area in very few swipes. The dry side worked really well and wrung out the pad well. One of the only things I struggled with was the spring back handle did not always spring back to clean it. Another small issue was the bubbles from the cleaner that sat on the top end of the mop pad, but that could have been too much cleaner for the amount of water. All in all, this is a great product.

LOVE THIS MOP!! A Must-Have for anyone who wants a quick clean at home!
Absolutely love this flat head mop! It fits under tight spaces with ease, glides smoothly over all surfaces, and even works great on walls! I especially appreciate that you can control how damp the mop head is depending on how many times you slide it through the dry side. For my laminate wood floors, 2-3 swipes are perfect – just enough to lift dirt and leave everything clean without soaking the floor or causing long dry times. Iâm 5â5â and found that using three of the included extensions gave me the perfect handle height. I keep an extra extension on the side for reaching taller walls and ceilings when needed.Side more for parents: You can operate this with a baby in your arms – itâs not the easiest, but itâs definitely doable (lol)! ðI went with the large white bucket, which suits our home well. Highly recommend grabbing the size that best fits your needs. All in all, this mop is a total game-changer!Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted the versatile flat mop for our new home and chose this one because of the variety of sizes they had and the other great reviews!Mop quality:As expected for a flat microfiber mop.Weight:Light!Water capacity:Plenty enough for a 1200 sq ft home. I am very pleased, at first I thought it was going to be cheaply made but the handle is very strong and can put pressure on it with out if coming apart. I like that I can mop my walls and floors with the same product. The mop has the proper amount of wetness so things get clean but not dripping.

Recensisco dopo averlo usato un po..Il prodotto seppur economico funziona bene. All’arrivo pensavo avessero sbagliato qualcosa perché la scatola era piccolina ed invece era tutto inserito e di facile montaggio.Il punto di forza è sicuramente la vaschetta separata con lo strizza moci.. lava molto bene o non lascia residui quando lo passi.Direi che sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto

Me ha gustado. Tanto para el suelo como para las paredes. En azulejos o en pared normal. Viene con otras fundas lavables por lo que es fácil mantenimiento. Buena calidad y fácil uso. Es pequeño, no pesa ni ocupa. Muy práctico.
