Nice smell and does a great job on permed hair.
This is a great shampoo and conditioner. I was skeptical because I had ordered the Biotin and did not like the results or the smell. This shampoo sets smells wonderful. The shampoo is very luxurious and lathers well. The conditioner is great also. This leaves my hair soft and shiny. I’m using it on my recently permed hair and I would definitely purchase again

Just an excellent product
This was one happy surprise! Itâs amazing and effective and affordable. Does better for my hair than every high end shampoo Iâve tried. After a Brazilian blowout, the ingredients met the requirements for preserving the treatment, and it made the whole experience so much better. Clean , shiny, manageable and without frizz. Grapefruit scent in the shampoo threw me off a bit but the results are worth it.

Good color safe combo
I have purple hair and I use semi permanent dye which washes out quicker than it should. I have been struggling to find a good shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t strip the color. I also struggle with dry damaged hair from doing too much bleaching. I need a shampoo and conditioner that hydrates and is also color safe.This shampoo and conditioner come together as a set when purchasing. There are loads of good stuff in this product. First off, the color in my hair doesn’t rinse out when using this product and my bring purple color has been beautifully maintained. The combo is also very hydrating to my damaged hair. This shampoo doesn’t get sudsy when put in the hair which makes you need to use larger amounts to get a clean feeling head. That fact is one reason I gave only 4 stars. Another reason is the price is a bit high and it seems as though the bottles are not full when receiving this. A plus about this combo is the lovely fresh ingredients make for a very delightful smell that remains in your hair for a long time.Honestly, I would recommend this product for anyone with bright colored hair that wishes to maintain their color about 90%. This is a good product and makes my hair soft and frizzy is gone. Hope this was helpful.

Hard Water Be Gone
My wife says it smells heavenly. It makes her hair so much softer. We have very hard well water and most shampoos donât seem to get all the buildup out, but this leaves your hair, shiny, soft, and no frizz. We have already purchased this 4x

Just Meh Purple Shampoo, but great customer service!
EDIT:The seller contacted me and offered their apologies for my experience and a refund. I didnât initiate a request for a refund, but their willingness to address my concerns based on my review to make it right is amazing!! Probably the most attentive customer service Iâve seen for a very long time.Their willingness to address it makes me more willing to try other products they offer. Gave them another star because their customer service is fantastic and proactive!!Initial review:I had high hopes and was wanting a decent purple shampoo to get rid of the brassiness. I have ash blonde highlights to blend in the little grays that Iâm getting in my blonde hair. It came out a little brassier initially than I had wanted. This purple shampoo didnât do the job. At all. Still brassy. So I used it again the next day. Didnât tone down the brassiness and left my hair feeling brittle. I know youâre only supposed to use purple once a week, but I wonât be using this again since it didnât do its job. Donât waste your money. Hopefully the other versions of this shampoo will work better for their purposes.

Reasonably priced miracle cure for issues due to hard water!
Great product. I started having very itchy, sore scalp and some hair loss because of how hard our well water is. I also get greasy hair quickly. I took a chance on this product and after a couple uses everything is gone. No more itch, no more excessive hair loss, and I can go way longer now without having greasy roots. Highly recommend if you are having problem due to extreme hard water!

Pleasantly surprised
Initially had some doubts if this would actually assist in my problem of hair loss. I am over 50 and started losing my hair to to stress I suppose or menopause. I was so surprised after I started using this product My hair felt thicker and seemed to be filling in in the balding spots. I have continued to reorder and very satisfied with this shampoo and conditioner. It also smells nice and left my hair light not heavy.
