Very good 4K dashcam with high res videos and easy to use app
This Kingslim E4 dash cam came with a complete set of all accessories you will need to install. It has front camera with 4k resolution and a separate rear camera. The installation process is quite simple. You just need to attach electro static sheet on the windshield window and then attach the camera bracket sticker onto the electro static sheet. This way you do not leave glue residue on your windshield and removing camera is simple just remove the electro static sheet itself.The rear camera can be plugged in with the included AV cable to the main front camera. The cable length for the rear camera and the 12V USB C power cable are plenty long. There is also a micro SD card included and already inserted into the camera. I didnât have to format the card since it seems to already be formatted.The camera is operable with the Kingslim app which can be downloaded through apps store. Simple process. You can download both still pictures and videos off the camera. The camera can be connected to your phone via WiFi both 2.4G or 5G. 5G will be faster to download. The video file is of 4k resolution and each file is 1 min long and about 195Mbytes. It took me about 20 seconds to pull one video file onto my phone.The picture and video quality is amazing. I can see cars driving by and read off the license plate clearly. The camera operates by itself when you turn on or turn off your engine. Basically you donât have to do anything else after first installation. You put it on, plug USB power, then you are done.Iâm quite happy with this purchase. It is always a peace of mind to have dash cam because you never know when you are going to need this. It can take up to 256 MB micro sd card so that is around a week of video recording. This is a must have item these days for good measure and for security of you and your family.

Great Quality Dash Cam
So far, I think this is a great product. The install kit that comes with the camera has everything you need and the car pry bar was awesome in helping to hide the cords. The cable length is long enough to comfortably fit in an F-150. The WiFi connectivity and the ease of use in the app is also awesome. It makes it very easy to review your footage and customize your settings. The video quality of the front camera is crystal clear with 4K, and the rear camera is also very good with 1080. The camera has a lot of useful features like auto saving clips during accidents, customization of the microphone being on or off, and the ability to adjust the clip length of recordings to 1,2, or 3 minutes. One thing to keep in mind during install, be sure to check the live view of the rear camera before securing it to the vehicle to make sure it is correctly oriented.

Do not buy unless you intend on throwing it away when the suction cup wears out
Do not buy this item the camera itself Works wonderful but when the suction cup wears out they don’t make a replacement suction cup and there is no Universal suction cup that will work with this one. I should know I have three of these sitting in a drawer. I hated not to get another one because it works so well and it looked nice and the videos turned out good but for this much money not to be able to get a replacement suction cup I won’t do this again

Great value! The police said thanks!! Update: Survived the wreck that totaled my car.
I got hit by a car that was hit by a drunk driver. The dash cam caught it all. I downloaded the videos to my phone and airdropped them to the police officer at the scene. Everything was super clear! The police were very appreciative.Update: I was in a wreck in October. Again this dash cam saved the day. The guy said he had the green light. He t-boned me and I went head first into a light pole and I had my dashcam footage showing that I had the green light. I uploaded it to my insurance company and his insurance company called and said they were accepting full liability. It would have been my word against his. Even the police report said he told them he had the green light. Protect yourself! I may have still gotten my life derailed for a while by this guy, but it could have been way worse trying to prove that I was in the right. Also the inside camera was clear. It was hard to watch myself getting thrashed in the car but it helped understand why I hurt so much. Even after this two impact crash, the dashcam is still working great in my new car. I will keep a dashcam in my car from now on.June 2024 update: the dash cam is still working great. They should put me on their payroll for all the times I have shared the Amazon link to my friends and family and sometimes strangers who ask. ð The first ever kinda issue with the dash cam has been that the suction that attaches to the windshield crumbled. I live in texas. The heat here finally took its toll on the plastic in the suction cup. I looked on Amazon for a replacement for Kingslim and didnât find one. I emailed the company and they responded within 30 minutes!! I was impressed. The process to get a new suction was going to take two-ish weeks and cost $6. If youâve read this far, you know that I donât drive without my dashcam. The Texas heat has taken its toll. The WiFi looks like itâs connecting but then it doesnât. Iâve restarted my phone. I moved the dash cam from the windshield to the rear view mirror hoping that it was just too much for it to sit in the sun. Itâs not keeping time anymore. It resets fairly often. Last week, a coyote ran in front of me and when I tried to connect to see the video, it wasnât there. There were no recent files. While I was messing with it, the time set itself. I thought it was better, but the clock reset again today and I canât connect. My car comes with an integrated dash cam. It only records when it feels something has happened though. Iâm going to try to find the best, latest dashcam. I like knowing that I am constantly being recorded, so driving will be a little scary until I get a new one. I had two plus great years with it. That doesnât seem long, but I canât trash Kingslim. I really feel like the heat here is just too much for it. Not to mention the jarring from the wreck. I was impressed that it didnât break from that. So Kingslim, if youâre reading this, thanks for making an affordable dashcam that makes me feel more comfortable driving in a world of distracted people.

Iâve used this about. A year now
Iâm leaving king how easy to set up it is. I Uber so love its front and shows the people in the back. Gave a 4 star cause it failed me on a big truck that pulled out. It had a delay. Which fails to show he ran a stop sign. Plus it donât really show the cars behind me very well. If at all.

Easy installation and the 4k camera has great picture. Very unobtrusive to the view. Also, easy to use with the Kingslim app. I would purchase again.
