I had these fans installed in my newly refinished garage. They give more than adequate air flow. The lights are bright enough for the space. The remote controls are simple. I would recommend this fan.

Good Bedroom fan for the Price
Really good fan, but not EXACTLY as advertised. The good thing is that it’s put together really well & looks great in the bedroom. Kudos for the addition of the wire to help hang it while you get it wired to the mount. Also, it’s pretty adaptable when it comes to the actual mounting options. Was able to go from a bigger Hapton Bay fan to this. Though the prior positioning was wider, the fan came with screws to get it to fit to the actual mounting socket. Cons, however, are, I’d say there is a good 2-second delay when using the house switch to cut it on or off. Not a big problem if you keep it on using the remote. Another thing is I’m not too sure if it’s this model, but the instructions say it can be used via app. & so far I don’t think that’s the case. But for what it’s worth, it’s a pretty good fan.

Very disappointed
In the beginning, the fan worked fine and I really liked it now after two months the fan is no longer working and the light flickers. I donât know whatâs going on, but it total waste of my money and itâs past the term for me to return it so now Iâm stuck with a flickering light Whose fan is no longer workingð«ð©ð¤¯
