Very slick looking smart switch. Easy install and customizable
Iâm pretty impressed with this switch. Itâs very customizable and install/setup (including connection to WiFi) was as easy as can be. I had 2 separate standard switches (1 for fan power and 1 for the fan lights) but wanted a switch that I could use to incorporate into my home automation plans and this works perfectly. Of note, this switch will not allow for changing the fan speed – itâs only for on/off power. This maker does have a dedicated fan smart switch available as well.

Great switch that allowed me to use my Alexa to control 4 different outside light switches.
I was able to install this light switch replacing an existing 4 switch gang box in less than 30 minutes including the time to turn the breakers off and back on. Since I use Alexa to control the smart lights around my house, I really wanted to convert these manual switches to outside lights. The switch worked well and was very easy to set up.

Works inconsistently
Pretty UI, but after 6 months, I thought it was time to review. Family complained it constantly reboot when pressing buttons and wouldn’t connect to wifi some times. I finally had to disconnect it and swap a simpler solution into it’s place.

Great look, feel, and function but WiFi connectivity needs fixing
I spent a lot of time researching LCD touchscreen styled switches and eventually took a chance on this one based on the appearance and a video review from someone in the UK.I have to say that I really like the overall functionality of these switches. It has great touch response and so far after nearly a year of being installed, has had no issues with that aspect of it. It’s easy to wire and install and initial setup to get this thing running is fast as well. I really like the interface lighting and customization. I did try 2 other touch-screen style switches to compare later, and they’ve been disappointing compared to this one.My ONLY grip with this switch is the WiFi part. It seems to lose it’s functionality with WiFi and re-connecting sometimes requires a reboot of the switch. The initial WiFi connection process is fast and easy, but once it drops, it’s more of a challenge to reconnect. And while being able to control my lights via an app can be appealing and appeases my sometimes laziness not to want to get off the couch, it was not my primary reason for the purchase. Personally, the WiFi feature is more of an added bonus for me, so not functioning properly only dropped my review down 1 star.I can’t speak to the customer service either since I rarely engage those anymore with anything… I think we’ve normalized poor customer service with just about everything these days, so can’t base my rating on that either.Overall it’s a great upgrade from standard toggle switches and can give your house a more modern look in my opinion.

One of the best smart switches I have tried!!
First off I have tried a few different types of smart switches and this one is great. Nice touch screen functionality and customization is easy. NOTE: this switch does require a neutral wire, but does not require a hub and also is a mesh WiFi booster and integrated well with my eero WiFi mesh system. Controllability is great you can control with the app or via Amazon Alexa/ google voice assistant. Installing it was easy and setup was not hard. The overall look is really nice and creates a modern look for o your home with a sleek profile. Currently have these setup in my garage and will be adding a neutral wire to my house switch boxes and converting my whole house to these switches they are one of the best I have found and very dependable. You can control them manually so no need to worry about problems with internet connection, if your internet drops due to unexpected problems with your provider you can still control these manually like a normal switch. In conclusion I highly recommend these 1 great look 2 easy install 3 seamless smart home integration 4 great price 5 WiFi mesh capable.

Impressive – Easy Update to Automation.
I was remodeling one wall with shiplap that had one 3gang and one 2gang switched. Wanted to update and clean up the appearance of out 35 year old wiring. Install was simple. After the wife saw it installed, all the the switch sets in the hall, split entry and basement entrances were next on the agenda. The 7 switch sets had had 8 2-way or 3-way switched. With the ability to link mutual switches to a circuit really was slick. All in stalled in one day. The only issue was finding updated switch plates to place over the 2-gang and 3-gang boxes to mount the one l8 controllers. I’m pretty handy. altered box planks or the old wood plate covers. Looks good to me. (The wife too!. Very important! )Bathroom and walk-in closet will be next.Really had no issues yet…

Nice switch buuut..
Switch is nice and I like thr lights and glow. Switch has a lot of feature we’re it can be customized. Now like others have said, problem is with WI-FI. It does not stay connected to WI-FI nor to Alexa because it keeps losing internet connection by it on. Cannot hold the internet connection for extended time.

Existe este Interruptor atenuador pero con Marco doble, con Regulación independiente????Después algo para Charlotte, ese voltaje no es porque este defectuoso,es un retorno de tu instalación, si quieres verificarlo, conecta el Neutro y la fase únicamente y prueba el voltaje entre neutro y L1,L2 o L3 la que prefieras.

Just redecorated my daughters room, I was looking at normal dimmer switches (she likes subdued light when not doing homework or makeup) and stumbled upon this.£600+ spent on new carpet, furniture etc. Spent 2 days painting and wallpapering, emptying the entire room and then putting it all back together again.This £32 dimmer switch, which links to phone, can turn light on full at same time her alarm sounds, and she can control brightness sat in bed on phone or with Alexa has ticked all the boxes – dad of year for 2 days grafting… no (although she does appreciate it), light switch… yes.Very easy to wire, fitted in existing back box and app was easy to to set up.Looks good too, will probably buy more based upon experience so far. Normal light switches suddenly appear mundane. None of the negatives in reviews that made me anticipate a quick return, even had the volt meter out ð.Single switch, one light – just needed to use neutral wires that were in a separate choc box, on the basic switch it replaced which only supported live switching.
