I’m loving this compost bin!
After I figured it out an easy way to snap the sides together using the clips the assembly went pretty quickly. I assembled two of the three layers in under 10 minutes. I decided to leave the third level off until there was more items to compost. When just starting a new pile it’s easier to turn the compost when the sides are not so high.The composter fit nicely in the corner of my composting area next to my spinning composter. I really like the way it looks and it seems very sturdy. It should last several years outside. I am not disappointed at all with this composter and I recommend it if you are on the fence like I was for over a year. Just get it, you won’t regret it!

If you need a large compost bin…
I have bought 3 of these for our garden. My only complaint is the doors on the bottom are not large enough to get shovel in to remove compost. That being said they have made great compost. I started with one and as that one filled up We bought a second. and finally the 3rd so we can do a proper turning amongst the 3. Right now 2 years into using these I have 1 bin ready to use in my gardens next spring. with the other 2 working. One thing I learned but not until assembling the 3rd was the snap clips that hold each section are a real stress on your fingers to install. I took a needlenose pliers and placed one end of the click in the slot and used the pliers to str5etch it to engage in the slot. A real finger saver.

The instructions are clear, if you pay attention.The buckles that attach the ring panels are TIGHT, having three hands to hold two panels and the buckle would help, it can be done with two hands, but it’s harder.It has 10 ground stake points, I doubt I will need any due to the cu yard I put in it.

Highly recommend- just be throughout with the assembly
I love this compost bin! I would high ly recommend it. The only advice I have is to pay attention to the assembly closely. Yes. That means for once you need to take your time. This is designed to fit together securely. If the pieces are fitted and you want to move them, it’s going to be challenging because the pieces fit snug. That’s a good thing, because it means it is made well. It also means you need to take the time to lay out, label, and read the directions before diving right in.

Terrible design
Make sure to stake it down. If it gets too windy itâll blow half way across your yard. Also if you live anywhere it rains, forget it. The puny little tarp will bow down regardless of how tightly you secure it. Itâs a constant hassle. It doesnât come w stakes or anything to secure the tarp. It rains often here and every time I want to throw out my compost I have to struggle to get the water off the tarp. Itâs such a nuisance.

Good bang for the buck
Itâs very sturdy, it was kind of annoying to assemble, not difficult, but just took a while. It is solidly made and weighs enough that even very strong winds do not move it.

Openings at bottom are too small to be able to turn the compost. You have to pull the whole cylinder off. Stir. Then refill if you need to sift your compost. Not the best setup. It was easy, if tedious to assemble.

Was returned as pieces missing. Comes in many pieces, like large lego -seemed straight forward to assemble, however.
