Can’t wait
Before really reading the instructions on how to fill this, I started filling the bottom and accidentally over packed it. I then read the instructions and saw that I wasn’t supposed to do this and then started filling the rest like I was supposed to. As you can see in the picture, that was a mistake that I made. However, the bin is still holding up a lot better than I thought it was going to. The whole bin itself was really easy to assemble, considering I went off of the picture on the website and figured it out myself. We ended up having a broken sprinkler head that caused a lot of water to get on this bin but even with the water, there is no and hasn’t been any rusting. So far, when I was turning and rotating it, I actually found it to not be that hard. The size of it is actually perfect for us since the area I have this is plenty big to store it. The only thing we’re currently waiting for is to see how our compost is going to turn out. We are currently coming up on month 2 and so far things are looking pretty good. Overall, I have been very happy with this bin and do like that there are holes to help ventilate everything thoroughly.

East to assemble
My old compost bin was made of 2X 4 lumber and worked okay but wood doesnât hold up. This one is metal and just the right height for me to be able to turn my compost. Easy to put together, looks good and can be moved fairly easy if needed.

This is a very sizeable frame to help your compost along!Well build of solid materials, and very easy to assemble.I don’t use any food stuffs in my quest to make dirt, just yard waste in layers of brown and green.The mesh allows aeration to all sides, and that will help the process along. Easy to “turn the pile” with a pitchfork or shovel.Functions as I’d hoped it would. While I have all the conditions to break down the matter into good dirt, I was missing an aeration factor, and this bin solves some of that issue.In my neighborhood, we have to stash items of this type out of sight so I used my raised garden bed to surround the area, and use the benefit of potted plants atop it to supply irrigation runoff and a little extra gravity to speed it all along. It looks like a professional item, so anyone with a less obsessive HOA shouldn’t have an issue with it in their yard.Great find, and looks like it should last many years as I turn all the things that fall into dirt that nourishes the plants that cause all the great organic matter to fall.

Sturdy panels but they come with no assembly instructions.
I marked this down because of the lack of assembly instructions for an item that had very fiddly pieces to assemble. This was less important for me because I used the panels as doors for my goat kidding pens, and only had to put together one set of hinges for a long stretch. Fortunately, between the Amazon ad and some pictures with other reviews I was able to make it work.Whatever you use these for, they are sturdy and should work well. If you are willing to mess with the assembly after taking a look at the pictures, I can recommend this item.

Okay, so I did not receive any instructions, and at first I was saying, I think I can put four panels together by now ð Well, I could not figure it out. I knew I could come here and watch a video but I wanted to try. It was not what I thought with the hardware. Turns out, it’s really cool. Quite heavy but it’s okay because the panels easily undo to take it outside. I assembled mine in the house because it’s like 12 degrees outside. Having said that, there is nothing for me to put in it right now but it’s so strong, there’s no doubt it will hold a load. This is not chicken wire type, oh no. Very nice.

Nice BIG compost bin
I was tired of keeping my food scraps in a little indoor compost bin, so got this. It’s huge! This would be a great compost bin for a big family. It’s really easy to put together, and you can also disassemble it if need be. The metal mesh is tough and I think it will last a long time even under the Texas sun.Keep in mind that it’s quite heavy, and did I say, big? So make sure your yard is large enough for it before ordering.
