The display is crisp, the boot-up is fast, and everything runs smoothly. The Thunderbolt and fingerprint reader were both nice bonuses that I wasnât expecting to work this well at this price.Only minor complaint: The power button is slightly sticky â it doesnât always pop back up immediately, but with a light wiggle it works fine. Doesnât affect functionality, just a small quirk.All in all, this is a phenomenal deal. Iâve cross-checked the specs and I know exactly what I got â and Iâd buy it again without hesitation.

Big screen, fast speeds
This turned out to be an excellent purchase! Faster than my work computer, no lag, lots of storage. If I were to critique one thing, the fingerprint sensor is a bit touchy, but I’m loving this otherwise. The screen is huge, the model has a bit of weight and feels sturdy.

I just started using my laptop but so far everything is good, verry fast. I had some difficulties starting the system and downloading. My son helped me with it.

Edit: Microsoft was able to log into the computer and get the keyboard to work. However, it was still very frustrating to have to deal with it not working for three days and the company (Lenovo) wanting the computer sent back to them.Original: I plugged this in and started the setup process. At one point it allowed me to type on the keyboard then when it was almost set up it asked for my name and the keyboard would not work. I have tried everything to get the keyboard working that google and AI can tell me and nothing is working. I finally got a keyboard up on the screen and trying some of the other recommendations. I put in a Lenovo ticket and haven’t heard anything. If it starts working in the next day or two I will come back…IF NOT IT IS GOING BACK after going to the shop to have the system wiped of all my data already downloaded.
