Crashed and required reformatting in less than 60 days of usage. Requires reformatting.
I bought this laptop less than 60 days ago (I received it on October 1, today Is November 29). For absolutely no reason, I just got the blue screen of death, and the laptop crashed and would not restart, It kept throwing the weird errors that you can see in the photos. I worked with Lenovo support, long story short, I spent the last two hours working with them to reformat this device. Still in progress by the way, because the process is a humongous pain. And by the way, any files on the laptop will be deleted. Lucky for me all my old files were on my previous laptop and backed up on two or three other USB flash drives so no loss there.Very disappointed in Lenovo, my old device (also Lenovo) functioned perfectly for six years and is still operational, but slowing down to the point where I was afraid it would crash, which is why I bought a new device. Didnât expect that the new device would be the one crashing.I could have spent the rest of my life swearing on the quality of my old Lenovo laptop, but not this one. I donât know what happened here with this batch.I generally like to support Amazon sellers and give five stars as much as I as I can, but this is simply an honest review.
