GREAT Value
For the money, this is an amazing laptop. Comes with Office and is plenty powerful to run multiple applications at once. I have two monitors connected to via an HDMI splitter and I have spreadsheets, 4-5 browser tabs and no lag.

Worst Laptop I’ve ever owned
Worst laptop I have ever owned (going back to 1998 when I bought one of the first IBM Thinkpads). For this much RAM it is very slow. The touchpad is terrible; about 70% of the time when you click on a link or a choice, nothing registers. And its battery life is average at best. But you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll spend a $1000 or more to get something that works.

I like the number pad, I use it for page up, and down mostly! The price was very good for what you get! Update, Lifetime office stopped working after 60 days, and the seller will not respond! I would never buy anything from this seller, I am stuck with a computer that doesn’t work!

That it was an amazingly great deal on my Lenovo laptop I purchased for my daughter and she absolutely loves it very much. It has all of the upgraded software and processor hard drive along with lots of memory. Awesome

So far it’s good
So far I am able to use this pc as a music production laptop with no major issues.I use Ableton 12 Suite with multiple plugins with ease.Only problem I’m having is in regards to the Microsoft Office Lifetime Suite as I can’t find information about how to access the download or license. I had assumed it would be pre-installed but that is not the case.The included earbuds are not premium but work well and they came with instructionsfor use within the included paper work. I gave them to my kids as I prefer premium sound.I will alter the review after more use.
