Awesome Replacement Of My Old Smart Locks
I recently installed the Level Lock+ Deadbolt Smart Lock in Satin Chrome, and it has been a game-changer for our home security. The installation was straightforward, and the lock blends seamlessly with our existing door hardware, maintaining the traditional aesthetic while offering modern smart features.The integration with Apple Home Key allows for quick and secure access via our iPhones, eliminating the need for physical keys. Additionally, the Level App provides remote access, activity logs, and the ability to manage guest access, all from the convenience of our smartphones.The Level Lock+ operates quietly and smoothly, with a robust build that instills confidence in its security capabilities. The inclusion of a key fob offers an alternative access method, ensuring flexibility for all users.Overall, the Level Lock+ Deadbolt Smart Lock combines advanced technology with elegant design, enhancing both the functionality and security of our home.

Batteries must be replaced every 12 days!
Aesthetic design is great and installation simple. However, the new Level Lock+ model has serious battery drain issues. And the CR2 batteries are not cheap $10-12 per each. So to replace twice a month adds up quickly. Look online and you will see lots of negative comments from folks having same power issue.Spoke to company and they sent replacement under warranty and within 12 days of installation with new battery, the same situation occurred. They refused to allow the product to be returned and issue a refund. So i have a $300 brick that looks like a standard key lock.I had high hopes, but will look for more reliable replacement. Buyer Beware!

Invisible Tech
This is the second time Iâve purchased level locks+ and I couldnât be happier. The locks work great via blue tooth in the app and also via Apple HomeKit which is extremely useful. I like that you can get the same tech features of other smart locks without the bulky appearance. The installation was quick and easy and I like that they provide multiple cap lengths depending on the way your current deadbolt is installed. The lock is a bit pricier compared to other smart home locks, but itâs worth it to me for the appearance and features. You can hear the locks when they open/close which is consistent with other locks, so I opt to turn the sound feature off to help preserve the battery.Also, they created these locks with future tech in mind and are willing to provide a Matter firmware update upon request which will allow you to control the locks from whichever ecosystem you prefer -or multiple if you want (Apple HomeKit, Google Home, etc). They do currently sell the locks with Matter already installed, however, those do not come in a chrome finish which is why I had to buy these and request the update. They responded quickly and followed up to ensure the locks were working before closing the case which I appreciate. All in all, they are great locks. I love them so much that Iâve now purchased 2 additional locks for another property bringing my total to 6! They get an extra bonus because they provide key fobs that allow you to control multiple locks at the same or multiple properties which is a dream for streamlining property management or not wanting to keep up with a ton of keys or codes if you own multiple properties. That is a sweet cherry on top!

Works great and looks good. Battery goes fast and no notice
It looks and works great. The iPhone and watch key work perfect. No need to unlock phone, just hold it in the right spot and works great.Issue that cost a star was the battery it came with died in 10 days. Had touch to close on so that might have caused it. When battery died there was no notice, no alert, it just didnât work. We have it on auto lock so door just stayed unlocked because we didnât know it stopped.

Quality Heavy Smart Lock
I was not expecting the weight of this lock. It is definitely heavy & quality. Much heavier than the deadbolt it replace. Installation was as easy as replacing a standard deadbolt lock. Meaning, the strike plate may need a little work to fit perfectly but nothing difficult.Programming it was really as simple as downloading the app & then placing your phone next to the lock itself….It runs on Bluetooth so there is never a worry about wifi being out.The lock comes with 2 standard keys was well as 2 very small fobs, The thinnest fobs I have ever seen that are also simple to program..just lay them on the fob to be identified, name then and away you go.This lock is PERFECT for a rental property owner…this product allows you to provide access in multiple ways1) passes that are limited in time…days and specific time2) general people can be added – say home cleaners so you can see when they arrive & leave3) hand the fob to someone..maybe a less tech savvy relativeYou get an east to follow history of usage on the lock & can see who opened the lock or if it was done manually.For kids, did you lock the door..will never be a question again. You can set the door to lock automatically after 30 seconds to as much as 1 hourAnother interesting feature is the Auto Unlock ..once you leave the home boundary of say 200ft, once you return to that “zone/boundary” the door recognizes a key and unlocks the door. saves the fumbling around with groceries or whatever to try to unlock the door.I think this lock is well worth the investment..no one will ever know it a SMART LOCK either

The design is good and it has HomeKit support but the battery just last two weeks. Just buy another brand if you don’t wanna buy a lot of batteries
