Really bright with great remote control features
Iâve been in the LIFX camp for quite some time. This is a fun new light and supports Matter. If youâre building your smarthome using Apple HomeKit, this light will integrate in nicely. The controls through HomeKit are not as robust as those found in the LIFX app; however, the HomeKit controls will work just fine for 95% of what you will do with the light. This light is BRIGHT. By far the brightest LIFX light that Iâve encountered. Fun addition, particularly if you have a wall or corner that you would like to wash with light. The controls are a really nice feature as well. Due to where I have the light located, I have not been able to take advantage of the controls, but I played around with them and the controls if the light is set in an accessible space make this light worth the price just based on this feature.

Impossible to connect to Wifi
I’ll give it 4 stars because it’s a nice bright light. Now the problem I have is I could never get it to connect to my wifi even then I switched it to only 2.4 ghz. Come on Lifx get up to speed here. We are dealing with old technology. Sending it back. I had some Lifx bulbs back about 7 years ago that worked better than this.

Work well but poor quality assurance (dirt under lens)
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a dozen other Lifx products and they have all been great. Some of my oldest bulbs are nearly 10 years old and going strong, but these Luna lamps have a serious production quality check issue. I have ordered three and two of them had hair, dirt, and other debris trapped under the lens. Maybe I’m picky, but I can see it when the light is on. If these lights didn’t put on a display that you’re supposed to look at it without be an issue, but they do and it is. Lifx: please QC these better!Â

Amazing addition to my LIFX bulb collection. I would say itâs their best addition to their products since the candle bulb which I absolutely love. Itâs really the same things I love about the candle bulbs that make me love the Luna, the ability to have multiple colors shine through at the same time. I find myself watching the Lunaâs colors change and move across its surface like I do when I have a big beautiful fire going. Itâs almost hypnotic in a way. 5/5 from me for sure (The video makes it appear as though it is flickering but the color change is much smoother in person. My camera just must not be good enough to capture it)
