You are better off ordering from the original manufacturer. These are like lightweight rubber bands that provide barely any resistance. What a waste of money. Very dissatisfied.

It’s a nice material but not built for anyone with larger hips. Literally created a gap between my butt and the top of my thigh that was all air. It felt so disgusting and awkward that I’m giving it away. –
