HIGHLY FLEXIBLE AND DURABLE: The roof sealer final membrane has over 237% elongation preventing cracking from thermal expansion and adhesion failure. It is also UV Stable, won’t degrade due to sun exposure
COVERAGE: Depending upon the roofing material you’re working with, the Liquid Rubber roof silicone sealant should be applied approximately 1 gallon per 50 sq ft (or 4.65 sq/m). We recommend applying 1-2 layers.
