How this arrived?Within an opaque gray mailer â not very impressive, however, the products were within retail packaging, such as a box and package that were sealed. I prefer that, it gives me the feeling the products were not tampered with.Bonus item?Yes, a sealed package of moisturizer, that gave me three (3) uses, it was much appreciated, and it is also a wonderful product.Initial impression surrounding results?I am excited over the results, whether real or imagined, I saw noticeable plumping, causing some fine lines to disappear and wrinkles to shrink; I visibly saw and felt instant hydration & instant firming. I watched it happen â I tested this white cream-colored serum, which is non-greasy, lightly scented, which I thought was appealing, on one side of my face and sat at my makeup mirror to see if it worked. It did, fast, as in only minutes to see the start of results â fine lines disappearing, for instance, without feeling overly tight. Why such positive results? Likely because the ingredients included active ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid; Peptides; and Vitamin C. I was not a fan of the benzyl alcohol but had no reactions from it.Viscosity?Neither thick nor thin, rather, silky and fluid.Gliding action of serum?Glides easily across my skin.Absorption?For me, it was within seconds.Is there lye?Yes, Sodium Hydroxide is a fancy name for lye. Itâs an ingredient. However, such is used in cosmetics, typical in small amounts and from my understanding, is not the lye used to make soaps.Is there alcohol?Yes, to my understanding there is. Some may find this drying, I did not. Its use is linked likely to its quick absorption properties.Value?Itâs on the competitively priced side for my wallet but I do not use much, as it seems to go a long way and the results are immediate and impressive.Country of origin?Made in USA, but some ingredients may not be.Does it moisturize?Yes.Are the results long lasting?So far, yes, with my continued daily use â just a few drops have shown impressive longevity.Effective?I found the effectiveness of this serum to be impressive.Soften my skin?Yes, the softness of my skin has improved.Scent?Yes, this is scented, however, itâs mild and pleasant. Not a fan of the alcohol
This serum is alright minus two points. I don’t like that there is alcohol in here or the scent. Of those two, the scent is less offensive. It’s a slightly sweet and floral scent but I generally like my skin products to be unscented. The alcohol is less welcome as it contributes to the “sinking into skin” feeling without actually providing hydration. I would take longer dry times for improved hydration. As it is, this serum does provide a little bit of hydration and seems to not be hurting when combined with other hydrating products, but I can tell it does not do as much as some other second hydrating steps I have tried before. I haven’t noticed any changes in brightness or general skin improvement. This doesn’t seem incredibly effective for the price which makes it lower value than products like korean skincare for me.

Too soon to tell real results
Too soon to tell if this product is going to work as stated, it maybe too late for me! In any case it makes your skin smooth. All of these products made by different manufacturers make big promises but if you are beyond miracles, none of them are going to work – plus they only do commercials with 40 year olds! A big difference with comparing older age groups to someone who doesnât have a wrinkle on their face yet. Maybe that is the secret, you start using it when you are younger and you may never develop wrinkles.

Great serum for Florida
You really can’t go wrong with L’Oreal beauty products. This serum is nice and absorbs into my skin quickly, without leaving any kind of sticky residue. That stickiness is why I hate some brands. It’s an inexpensive alternative to some expensive products. In Florida, I generally only wear serum in the summers because even the lightest moisturizers can feel like too much.

Loreal hydrolift
This has quickly become one of my top serums! My face recently decided it wanted to go from oily to dry nearly overnight. I do still get breakouts on occasion, which makes it challenging and I have to be really picky about my skin care. I use this serum right out of the shower. It does an amazing job of making my skin appear more hydrated and supple. It absorbs nicely well still providing that glowy look. It has not caused any breakouts. There isn’t really much of a scent to the product. Overall I’m consider this high quality and I’m very happy with this serum.

Wonderul product your face is craving!
This is an excellent serum. My skin just drank it up, leaving it soft and plump. The consistency was nice, and it spread well. No stickiness like you get with some serums. The absorbency was more than just surface — my skin looked refreshed even the next morning. It gave me a natural glow, and I left my skin feeling soft. I could see the effectiveness of it immediately. I loved the sample, too! This is definitely going on my “to buy” list.
