Great shears
These shears work extremely well. Very maneuverable and easy to use. Very sharp and cut steel siding and roofing safely. Fit my Dewalt drill with ease.

Very Solid and works easily
Just got this and haven’t done my roofing project with it yet. Did some testing and seems great. Very thick blades and super sharp. Cuts through metal roofing material like it was paper. Easy to maneuver and quick. Seems very well built and fits on drill solidly

Great Corrugated Metal Shear!
I like this corrugated metal turbo shear because it is durable. It fit on any electric drill. I used it several time and it is as sharp as a knife. Cutting a metal sheet, I feel like I am cutting a sheet of thin paper. It is easy to cut and work smoothly. It is easy to cut in any angles, even in a circle. Its head can turn to 360 degree and its mouth can adjust to open wider. This sheer can cut thin and thick corrugated metal. This is a great metal shear!

works great made in usa
Works great for metal roofing makes cuts across ribs and long cuts don’t really like the guard makes it a little of a pain trying to attach it to your drill sometimes but other than that it’s a must have good product good price made in usa so I’m pleased with this product will buy again if needed

You need this if working with ribbed or corrugated tin roofing material!
A little pricey, but with it if you want to save your hands, wrists and forearms when cutting metal roofing material! Love the product!

Works ok, but not great
I definitely couldn’t get it to work on corrugated steel roofing panels like the video showed. I had trouble with it continually loosening up in the jaws so I had to tighten the blades. A nice thing about it is the allen wrench you use to tighten the jaws stores right on the unit which is great because those kinds of things tend to get lost if you can’t keep it with the tool. It was easy to fit to my DeWalt 20V cordless drill and impact driver. It was kinda hard to tighten the chuck on the drill because of the clear plastic sleeve that fits around it and even harder to remove from the impact driver for the same reason. You have to pull back on the plastic sleeve while pulling the collar around the bit on the impact driver while simultaneously pulling on the shears to get them loose. After that, I just stuck with the drill.Ergonomically speaking, it makes your drill heavy and it’s really hard to navigate up and down the humps in the steel – especially using a battery-operated drill. You just don’t have the room to angle the back of the drill down far enough to attack the humps in the steel at the right angle to make it cut with a big 20V battery in the way. This would probably be ok for small cuts in flat steel, but it definitely doesn’t work too great for cutting up and down the humps that roofing panels have. I was cutting 29 gauge steel so I was well within the limits of its cutting thickness. As far as the cut quality goes, it does cut very cleanly with very little roughness on the edge compared to a saw blade. I’m going to keep it because it will definitely come in handy for making small cutouts for pipes, etc. It just didn’t work that well for my purposes of cutting multiple steel roofing panels to length even though it is touted as being for corrugated steel. I ended up just getting a steel cutting circular saw blade which was much faster and made a better cut.

Use the tool and not your strength from your hands
if youâre a metal mechanic, you need this tool. It will make your life easier.Cutting ability:Cut is precise and this tool makes it easier to do so less work on your hands.

Works as advertised. Great hand saver.
I wanted to cut a large 12’x10′ entry point into the end out of a barn in place so that I would not have to take down 14′ panels. After receiving these shears I tested it on a few scraps in the shed and I was honestly surprised how well they worked on corrugated metal. Granted, there is a steep learning curve in my experience, when you get to the corrugated part of the steel. Cutting in place was a different story at first however, as it was a new learning curve, but after a few sheets I was able to go to town with this thing. What probably would have taken me a few hours to manually cut, and a few fingers, took me roughly 30 minutes.I really like that you can adjust this thing a million ways to get the correct angle. I also appreciate that it utilizes a tool that I already own. If I were going to build barns for a living, I would probably look at a dedicated tool, but it works perfect for my needs. I will say that you need a pretty hefty drill if you are going to use this thing for a while. While my standard Ryobi did OK (it is not the brushless or nicer hammer version), my beefier Rigid made this thing sing.

Simple to set up the tool and use
Amazon Customer –
Good value because your not buying another electric or battery operated tool. The drill you already own, cordless or not adapts to this shear. But more importantly it cuts the corrugation with little effort.

These shears work excellent for cutting metal roofing. They do have to held at just the right angle to make the cut go easier. A must have if you work as a roofer.
Will –
I found the clamping system fairly inadequate. The shears work well, but the way it attaches to the drill is too limiting.
Daniel Dick –
Bought this to cross cut 26ga 7/8″ corrugated metal. Cuts the metal easily and well. The angle of the shear is so low that the handle of the different drills we tried hit the metal when climbing out of a corrugation. Also, the clamps keep slipping off of the drills. We will need to glue/screw/modify our drills to be able to keep the shear on. The concept is correct. Good quality. But a couple design issues that need to be corrected to work properly
