Wish I had found this years ago!
I have been taking this for several months. I do not mind the flavor since you have to keep it in the fridge after opening. It tastes better chilled. Having said that….. even if this tasted terrible I would still be taking it. The results are amazing! I had been struggling with hair loss and thinning for years. I have tried SO MANY supplements oral and topical. Some have worked but nothing has worked like this product. My hair is the longest and the thickest it has been in years. I have this on my subscribe and save and will never be without it. I take it every morning. I did adjust the amount and only take 1 tablespoon. Only because it is not the cheapest product and a bottle was not lasting a full 30days at the recommended dosage. I took the full dose for 2 weeks and then lowered it. I can honestly say this is one of the best supplements I have found. I have been able to stop applying all the expensive topicals and taking the oral ones I was using and simply drink this daily. My nails are great, my skin looks better… and the hair growth for the win! I am very pleases with the ingredients and the effectiveness of this product. HIGHLY recommend!

Great Product and Outstanding Hair Growth!
I heard about the product from a friend and found that it does an outstanding job for hair growth and minimizes hair shedding. Combining the multivitamin and hair growth component has been a great combination. It tastes good, which is important as a liquid vitamin. It’s a more affordable option than the previous vitamins and hair growth products I had been using, and a good value. Good supplement!!
I began taking Mary Ruthâs for my thinning hair due to weight loss and menopause as I was desperate to find an answer.. I was surprised that I do like the mango/peach flavor. I put it in a shot glass and take it every morning as part of my daily routine. My hair does seem to slowly be returning. My finger nails are strong again. I gave it four stars only because it is not the only thing I take for my hair daily. I also take a biotin and collagen that my Dr recommended. But I WILL continue to take this supplement.

This multi vitamin is the best.It is on the pricey side but to be honest itâs worth it.I get the peach mango flavour and it tastes great! Not too sweet not medicinal either nor does it upset my sensitive stomach.I have definitely seen progress with my hair growth.My hair was falling out a lot and now I can see and feel the thickness back in it, I am amazed!I didnât have high hopes initially but the raving reviews convinced me.Whatâs great is that I get all my vitamins and my hair lush!Iâm 56 and I take 2 tbs daily along with Nordic Naturals DHA and nothing else!On my 3rd bottle and as long as the quality remains the same, this is it!

Get the peach/mango tastes better
I usually get the peach/mango and Iâve used it for about almost three months itâs been helping my hair shed less and grow more than it usually would. My hair wasnât growing but when I started taking this you start to see results closer to about 2 months. This is my first time using the dragonfruit it taste like medicine I RECOMMEND THE PEACH/MANGO!! That one tastes good and not like medicine!

Felt better and more alert after taking. Actually tasty and stop blending with juice and took it straight. Hate taking pills plus liquid is more effective. Will continue to use. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it. I recommend.
