âââââ 5/5 â Sleek, Sturdy, and Functional
Iâm genuinely impressed with this matte black toilet paper holder. It looks sleek and modern, instantly upgrading the look of my bathroom. The rustproof stainless steel feels very solid and durable, and the matte finish is fingerprint-resistant and easy to clean. The built-in shelf is a nice touch â itâs great for holding a phone or wipes. Despite my initial doubts about the self-adhesive mount, itâs held up really well. It comes with screws and anchors if you wish to mount but since I was adding this to my bathroom vanity I just didnât want to drill into it.Itâs been a few weeks now, and it hasnât budged or shown any signs of rust, even in my humid bathroom. Definitely a great buy for renters or anyone who wants a stylish, no-fuss installation.

Looks Great, Works Even Better
bought this toilet paper holder in November 2024, and Iâm genuinely impressed with both the quality and design. Installation was super easy â the instructions were clear, and all the hardware was included. It feels sturdy and secure on the wall, not flimsy like some cheaper models. What I love most is the modern yet minimal look. It fits perfectly with the rest of my bathroom décor and adds a clean, polished touch. The arm moves smoothly and holds even the larger rolls without any issue. After months of daily use, it still looks brand new â no rust, no loosened screws, no complaints! Definitely a great value for the price. Highly recommended if youâre looking for something simple, elegant, and reliable.

ATTACH WITH SCREWS ~ the adhesive included is weak!
Needed a new tp holder because someone lost their balance & broke the previous one. Bought this because it had a place to put a cellphone when you find it in your back pocket after rushing to the bathroom. If you value your phone (as most of us do) you’re going to want to use screws to attach it to the wall. The adhesive can barely keep the holder & paper connected … it’s definitely not strong enough once you add the phone or a candle or small decorative knickknacks. It works fine for it’s intended use.

Great Find
Very sturdy. Nice matte black finish that works perfectly with my decor. Holds/sticks to the wall extremely well. can hold the weight of tissue and wipes or a cell phone/tablet (thin 10″ tablet) without any sagging or detaching from the wall. It was easy to attach the adhesive sticker that was provided, and the place where I needed it to go. Great price. has no sign of rust or wear so far. Also, come with screws and anchors if you need them. I recommend.

Easy to install, looks good, sturdy
Easy to install, looks great, sturdy and as described. Great place to set your phone, because you know you’re gonna take that thing in the bathroom with you! Here’s a fun article on why you should not loiter on the toilet for more than 10 minutes at a time, written by Mikhail Klimentov and published in The Washington Post:”Letâs get this out of the way upfront: Plenty of people use portable devices â phones, chiefly, but also mobile gaming consoles like the Nintendo Switch and the Steam Deck â while on the toilet. Thereâs a good chance, in fact, that youâre reading this article on the toilet.Incredibly, a few surveys have been conducted on the subject. In one conducted by NordVPN earlier this year, 65% of respondents (of 9,800 adults surveyed) said they used their phones in the bathroom. But it also just feels anecdotally true. The habit isnât a new one; people have kept books and magazines by the porcelain throne for decades. With ever-smaller and more portable devices in our pockets, it seems intuitive that we would turn to those devices in a quiet moment.âLook, there are two types of people in the world,â said Nir Eyal, an author and lecturer who writes about habits, focus and human behavior. âPeople who check their phone in the bathroom, and people who lie about checking their phone in the bathroom.âThe practice is normally kept behind locked bathroom doors and left politely undiscussed. But in October, there was a vibe shift, brought about by the release of âMarvel Snap,â a new card game available on phones and tablets. âMarvel Snap is the best game to play on the toilet currently,â tweeted popular streamer and content creator Saqib âLirikâ Zahid to his almost 650,000 followers. âI hate Marvel Snap and so does my toilet seat,â blared a headline on the video game website VG247. And although full disclosure may not be desired by readers of an article like this one, I feel compelled to say: I too play âMarvel Snapâ on the toilet. Iâm Spartacus!Which prompted the question: Is it healthy to sit on the toilet with a phone? I turned to a gastroenterologist for answers.âYou generally donât want to spend more than about on average about 10 minutes,â said Dr. Roshini Raj, a gastroenterologist at NYU Langone, and the author of âGut Renovation,â a book about digestive health. Though Raj acknowledged that â like with many things in medicine â thereâs not a one size fits all answer, she pointed to three potential pain points for preoccupied poopers.Your toilet is grosser than you think. Hereâs how to clean it better.First, sitting for prolonged periods of time could lead to hemorrhoids, sometimes-painful swollen veins in the anal area. Some of that comes down to the unique functional design of the toilet.âThereâs a hole in the middle,â Raj said. âAnd so the actual anorectal area is hanging a little bit lower than the part thatâs supported â your thighs. Just by that position, gravity is causing everything to hang a bit, and that is causing pressure on the veins. So even if youâre not straining, if youâre just sitting there thinking of something else, doing something else, there is some pressure being applied to those veins.âMore subtly, thereâs also the risk of your body starting to ignore its own signals. Peristalsis is the name for the progressive contractions that move stool through the intestine to the rectum. But sitting on the toilet for long periods of time not doing anything can hinder that process.âIf youâre sitting for too long and not going to the bathroom, that kind of process actually stops,â Raj said. âYour body can start to not recognize those signals as well, so it can lead to constipation if youâre sitting for prolonged periods of time on the toilet without actually having a bowel movement.â This risk, Raj noted, is more likely to be one of many factors in issues like constipation, rather than the driving force. Then thereâs the most obvious factor: bathrooms can be gross. Research shows that a toilet flush can aerosolize pathogens, spreading them to nearby surfaces. That can include your phone, if you rest it on a sink by the toilet, for example. But even beyond aerosolized bacteria, there are risks posed by plain old bad hygiene.âI see a lot of people who get food poisoning or catch different things by not having good hygiene practices in the bathroom,â Raj said. If youâre playing video games or using your phone on the toilet, youâre probably touching a lot of things you might not want on your device. âI just think generally speaking, if youâre on the toilet having a bowel movement or trying to have a movement, you shouldnât be using your fingers on anything else.âIf youâre staying within healthy time limits and â crucially â always maintaining good personal hygiene, your behavior probably doesnât need to change. But if youâd like to make a change, there are some simple ways to go about it.For starters, donât assign a moral valence to staying in the bathroom for too long, cautioned Eyal, the author and lecturer. The rumination on the behavior can be âmore mentally damaging for our mental health than the behavior itself,â he said. Just be intentional about your behavior, setting plans for what you do in certain settings.âThereâs nothing wrong with taking your phone to the bathroom for a few minutes and doing your business and then coming out,â Eyal said. âBut if you said, âOh, I planned to be with my kids, but now I stayed in the bathroom for 30 minutes scrolling on TikTok or Instagram,â well, now youâre distracted, because you planned to do something and now youâre not doing it. So thatâs the best piece of advice: to know what you wanted to do with your time so that you have a priority to spend your time doing that thing, rather than wasting it in the bathroom.âItâs also important to remember: phones and other mobile devices arenât inherently bad, nor are they insurmountably distracting. If you find yourself perpetually losing track of time, consider whether youâre attuned to bigger stressors in your life, and to how youâre feeling in general.â90% of the time that we get distracted by our phones in particular is because of whatâs happening inside of us,â Eyal said. âBoredom, loneliness, fatigue, uncertainty, stress, anxiety. These sensations lead us to look for escape from our present reality. And so one of the important things to do with this problem, just like any distractions, is to ask ourselves: What am I escaping when I go to the bathroom for 30 minutes? What feeling am I trying to not feel by hanging out on my phone[?] … Is it my kids are driving me crazy? Is it work is too hard? Is it that Iâm bored, Iâm listless, Iâm stressed, and now I can take my mind off of those problems?âThe fact of the matter is, if we donât deal with that, if we donât know how to deal with that in a healthy manner, I think we will always find a distraction.âSo remember: Think about how youâre spending your time, and wash your hands. And if youâre playing âMarvel Snap,â do no more than two matches if youâre doing number two.”So if you don’t know – now you know!

Okay but flimsy.
Looks great, install is easy.. but it reminds me of public restrooms and the top is very flimsy.. you can make that flutter noise if you push it.
