its great!!
The best thing that I bought. I got a vibration plate for my mom to use for lymphatic drainage, and I tried it out myself. It can hold my weight as a big woman. Works great on the legs, got the blood moving. I will but myself another. It works on carpe;, my parents did not hear the vibration plate at all when I was on it. The remote worker works from a distance.

Hello! I just got this today & I already love it. It is quiet & sturdy. I bought this for low back pain & tightness in the muscles. I figured out how to crawl onto it and lay with my back on it. I am going to do this every day & see if it helps my back. It felt good. The other thing I did was stand on it & it shakes your whole body all the way up. I am really stiff hope this help with that. I am 66 yrs old & feel it. Delivery was quick. Quality product. speeds are fine don’t need any more.

Inflamation reduction

Me and my whole family love to use it. It is easy to operate and we have had no issues with the functions. It feels like my whole body is working our without the need to run, jog, or walk in the heat. This is so frustrating!Is anyone else having a problem with their remote control working?!Delivery 1Black vibration plate, black cord.Batteries not in box.Remote control doesn’t work.Was this a previous return?I tried 8 different batteries which I checked in my battery checker and the remote would not work.Delivery 2Black vibration plate, WHITE cord.Batteries are in box.Remote control worked well one time.Second time I used it, it turned the plate on but wouldn’t let me change the levels.Was THIS a previous return?I tried all different batteries again, in this remote.This is exhausting. I have lymphedema and really need to use this!!Why in this day and age would you make an electronic product that only works on a remote control, and not ensure you are sending out quality remotes.If there was a phone app it could connect to I wouldn’t even say anything, I’d just use it THAT way.What the heck. Small but powerful plate
Small but powerful! This vibration plate will shake the booty off of you lol I’ve only been able to use it a handful of times but love it so far, it’s exactly what I needed. I bought it for the Lymphatic drainage and you can really tell it’s working the first couple times it only took 10 min. for my legs to turn red and get itchy which normally doesn’t happen until I’ve been walking for 40 min. or so and or running for a long time, it sure does make the blood move. Anyhow I’m loving this plate and can’t wait to see what happens after long term use but so far so good

This is the slim version but it is very powerful. I a. Seeing results.
This product works great. I did not realize that it would stop at the 10 minute mark and then you have to start it again. Had I known I would have gone for the bigger board that is more powerful. At level 10 it really does a great job of shaking everything.. I am seeing results from using it.
