MFM Peel & Seal is the original, patented self-stick roll roofing. Peel & Seal roll roofing is 33ft. 6in. long and is ideal for roofs and surfaces that are difficult to waterproof and can be used on many surfaces including: metal roofs, mobile homes, RVs or trailers, and sunroofs. MFM Peel & Seal can also be used as flashing around ducts, vents, chimneys, air conditioning units, or even on gutters. MFM Peel & Seal is made of aluminum composite foil, polymer films, and a rubberized asphalt adhesive back, making it flexible and self-adhering. Peel & Seal roll roofing will not tear, crack or dry out over time. It is designed specifically to reflect heat and resist water and exposure to other elements without any additional coverage needed. Peel and Seal can be installed on an EPDM roof, but you must prime it with either WeatherBond Multi Purpose Primer or Mule Hide Tape Primer. This self-adhering rolled roofing is very simple to install. Simply make sure your surface is clean, smooth, dry and free of any loose debris. Be sure to prime your surface with an asphalt primer before applying Peel & Seal, especially on surfaces made of plywood, OSB, composition board, and masonry. After the roof is prepped, you will simply peel off the release paper on the back of your peel and seal, and roll it out onto your surface, using a hand roller to smooth out any creases. Finally, use a sharp knife to cut off the desired length. 36in. Wide Rolls have 3in. lines on each side. No special tools needed. High wind tolerance. Made in the U.S.A. Also Tested to Meet ASTM D 1970 Requirements.

Great product for multi year problem
I have a flat roof and the roofer did a poor job on the edge and over time the edges of the roof lost their seal resulting in leaks . I investigated numerous fixes and this self adhesive roofing seemed like the solution . I had a roofer clean the roof edge and apply this material over the edge adhering it onto the flashing and bonding 5 1/2 ” onto the flat roof . It has been on for 5 years looks like new and the most important is it still adheres firmly to the roof and edge flashing . Multi year problem solved. Great product .

Pretty good for DIY flashing of minor slopes..
Seems to be holding good. Had this flashing installed between the hardy plank and the pergola sheets.. bought the 12 inch gray and then painted it. Tips on painting, definitely spray in a professional metal primer and then apply exterior grade paint… and that adheres pretty well and does not peel off even when immersed in water. Tested it in multiple combinations before i got it right. Before attaching it, I would place it in the hot sun for like 10 to 20 minutes, definitely gets the glue to stick better. Work in small sections as once it stuck it’s done. Hard to remove and try to rework it. Will check in a year how it holds as the side of the house gets a lot of sunlight, rain and some snow in the winters.. hopefully it stays for 5 years or more.

Flat roofing repair
Laid down easily, following a straight chalk line. Seems to be doing a good job on a flat, sloping roof.Should overlap 3/4″ to 1″, over the previous row.

Great, but be careful!
This product works great, just dont let it get too warm in the sun before laying it on the roof. It stretches and the backing doesnt come off as easily causing you to have to fight it and then you end up with wrinkles. Brings profanity to your lips!

Use for your RV
Got this for my RV and Iâm pretty sure I donât have to worry about my roof ever again. Also put this on the storage container that I use for storage in the backyard, would use it for other project as well.

Awful and doesnât stick
Absolutely awful product. I had to use it because temperatures were falling. Prepped the surface and applied in warm dry weather. I checked it a couple days later and some parts were barely sticking. Other parts were not sticking at all. There was water underneath the tape. Regular household tape is stickier than this stuff. Weird pebbly texture on the tape. Contacted the seller and was no help at all. They told me to contact the manufacturer with questions. They sell a product but donât service the problem. Would give this product and seller negative 10 stars. Itâs awful. Save your troubles, and buy Eternabond instead. Eternabond sticks and doesnât budge.
