Nice, compact MacBook competitor, for those who like Apple looks and Windows functionality
Just got mine today, set it up, updated to Win 11 and everything seems to be working as expected! The unit appears to be brand new. No scratches, no stains, pristine. Feels like a quality build–case seems well built, keyboard is responsive, size is great for portability, much easier to carry than my 15.6″ laptop. Fast enough for general purpose computing. Excellent value at renewed price.

Iâm currently a high school senior and I wanted to buy a laptop to prepare for college, so I chose this because it was a lot more affordable than a Macbook, but I wanted to be able to use specific editing softwares on here, nothing too much but after a week of use I realized it was the biggest piece of junk ever.Defective and doesnât match my needs nor did it meet my expectations, very loud fan, easily overheats, very slow, horrible battery life which makes everything even worse because it begins to lag.Pros:- Thin and super slim, easy to carry around.Cons:-Everything I wrote above.Instead of spending your money on this, research what you need from a computer and make a good decision so you donât end up like me!!

No charger
Bought it for my son who just started college. He likes it but said it was very slow at first and there was no charger included.

I was able to set up the laptop and transfer everything from my last laptop onto it, but now I canât even get into it. It just keeps saying an unexpected problem occurred and itâs going to automatically reboot which loads indefinitely or goes back to saying a problem occurred. This is the first time Iâve used it since setting it up so I havenât downloaded anything new onto it yet so itâs super disappointing. I canât even get into it to try to run a scan or anything. Looks nice cosmetically which is why I didnât give 1 star.

Received this laptop and yiu cannot tell that it had been refurbished. It is like a brand new product. I’ve had it for a couple months now and no issues.

I had low expectations for this laptop, and was hesitant since it was a refurbished model and so inexpensive. I was using a Mac Mini for my thesis work, and found that formatting in MS Office was just not working on my Mac, as I was finding lots of strange glitches. So, I purchased this unit with the small hard drive (128GB) and 8GB ram. Not long after, I also bought a 1TB portable SSD so that I didn’t fill up the laptop’s drive.My model has 8GB ram and if the price wasn’t much higher, I would absolutely opt for more ram. I often have the computer plugged into dual 1080p monitors, and while it gets hot, it is fine running two Word documents and Youtube, plus up to 10 tabs on Chrome with the 8GB. Too many programs or tabs on Chrome and I feel it slow down.This laptop has been perfect for my schoolwork. I save everything to the portable SSD so there is plenty of room on the computer to download files – otherwise it would be filled up quickly. The battery is big enough for surfing the web on the couch for a couple hours, but that’s it.I love this little laptop, but don’t expect it to be more than it is – a simple machine for basic tasks! I have been pleasantly surprised by this little refurbished laptop.
