Customers say
Customers find the pet carrier well-designed and appreciate its size, being roomy enough for 15-pound cats and perfect for two kittens. Moreover, the carrier works well for crate training and offers good value for money. However, the sturdiness receives mixed feedback, with some finding it well-made while others describe it as cheaply made, and customers report issues with the door falling off completely.

I bought two and I’m pleased with my purchase
I’m glad I took a chance on this. I bought two as we rescued two kittens and I know eventually I will need two of them anyway. They were easy to put together, they have held up, I don’t have any complaints. I did add the two zip strips or cable ties to the back of the crate as people have suggested because I don’t take mine apart and store them because the kittens like to go in and out of them so I just leave them assembled. I do agree that the peace you clip a shoulder strap onto does not look like something I would use it does not look sturdy so maybe you could fashion something out of the zip strip or not use that at all I personally wouldn’t trust those little doohickeys but that would be my only word of caution.

Sturdy carrier for an excellent price.
I have many cats. I have one carrier for each cat (in case of emergency or travel) and they are all this carrier. Highly recommend this product. Iâve had several of them for years and they are all still in great shape. Theyâre easy to assemble and disassemble so that you can store them without them taking up so much space. The material they made of is easy to clean and they are more than roomy enough for my largest 15 pound cat.

Good quality for the money spent
Overall, this is good for the price I paid for it. It was pretty easy to put together, but the plastic (or something similar I think itâs plastic) that was used for the top is peeling a little near the holes. I put my 5lb bunny inside and she had enough room to turn around fully, lift up her head, and take a few steps so she can loaf if she wants to. Iâll probably put a blanket on the bottom though, since it is a little slick. I do recommend this product if you are on a budget and donât mind a tiny bit of peeling which can be taken off pretty easily and it doesnât mess with the design or anything

Good product
Great quality took a littlr getting used to how to lock it but its good. Like the color. Good size for 10 to 15 lbs cat i think
Wrong plant came –
Bottom Plastic closing. Knows falls off.. easily lost without knowing till later.
To close it there’s plastic knots that falls off the bottom latch, very annoying.

Hold your Horses!
Ok so this is second cat carrier I purchase, so when compairing the two I would hold to having some concern here!!! Reason is the old one has nut & bolt style to assemble the top to the botton! But this one has tabs 90% around edge that does not fasten the top to bottom! Only 2 plastic clips! So, my female cat is a fat so. I am gaving to take her and her stick sister in to have them spayed, and the fat one I am afraid might cause the 2 little plastic clips yo fail and fall apart. So, I thinking of putting her stick skinny sister in new one, yet she is wild and may try to break out so again clips may not hold up! The door also has 4 clips so not sure why they dont just provide a couple of nuts & bolts as now I have no time to replace as surgery is a week away and I dont dare drill hole through and add my own nut & bolt do I take the chance??? Would appreciate it if they offered better assembly hardware!!!So in addition to above I like to mention that while I have not used it as of yet, so how will it hold up I canât respond, but if your the type that doesnât like a lot of nuts and bolts and canât or struggle to assemble stuff then I suggest this is a great item for you!!! As it is so easy to assemble you could nearly do it with eyes closed ok thats a little to far..

Plastic breaks EASILY
I think I already wrote a review a while ago but idk how to find it to update it like I see others do.I didnât get a fake product or a replica or something nothing like the picture like Amazon LOVES to do to everyone. I have never had that happen to me but I KNOW it happens.I thought this crate was a cute color and cheap and big enough for my frenchie. Whom respectfully would never try to escape her crate.Iâve had this crate since September 20, 2022. Used it for a car ride up to Maine and back 6hrs total, and 2 nights while up there.I havenât used it for itâs intended purpose since. It was just to travel with anyway, a quick fix.Right away I had missing parts. I contacted the seller, I was nice, they were SUPER NICE and I received replacement right away. Just the parts. However, the plastic turn locks on both the bottom and the top for the door do not work properly. They open and close as they should but the metal door doesnât stay in the slots designated for them. Plastic isnât firm so when you pick up the crate, with out dog, it droops maybe a few millimeters and it sometimes pops out.I can pull the door out very easily when itâs locked as well, Iâm not a strong female either. The dial like locks to latch the top to the bottom, they donât always catch the plastic bar they are intended to slide over if you donât pay attention to how lined up they are, understandable but still annoying when youâre use to metal everything and more durable harder plastic and things that latch closed instead of turn dials. My complaint on these:I have a THREE POUND RABBIT. Heâs so fn cute!! A lovable tyrant but I donât care until Iâm asleep at night. Where he randomly thumps through out. Not every night. Rain, snow, hot, cold, windy, stormy, if Iâm up late or go to bed early.. doesnât matter in case you think it might be weather changes or me being noisy.. nope. I think heâs having bad dreams and thumps in his sleep. He lives in my bedroom at night. Normally rabbits are more active at night but he isnât at all. The thumping scares the crap out of me.I sleeps in a small 3x5ft crate, 3ft tall, and has the run of whatever room Iâm currently in throughout the day.To keep this crate in use, if he thumps, it has hay as a very thick bedding ready for him if he thumps. It has high walls as you can see so no messes from him with his hay. Well he thumps, normally sometime after 3am, I am scared awake, if I go back to sleep after telling him to stop(put I know, stupid right lol, rabbits listening to that) he will do it for the rest of the early morning until 7am when I decide to get up. Canât have that.So I take him out his enclosure to this crate and move him to the hallway, close my door. He seems to stop thumping then, but heâs in the hallway in case he does, it will be muffled.Well tonight he thumped like crazy, in the crate he went. Mind you, heâs only 3 pounds. This thing is suppose to hold my 25lb dog about 12k for everyone else. The dial lock on the side broke. The piece it slides over just broke. So now the metal door that already doesnât stay well in itâs crappy holes, wonât stay up at all.I do not man handle this crate. Iâm very easy with it because I know itâs so fragile. You can tell immediately when you get it. Now Iâm forced to prop the door side against the wall so it doesnât pop forward out. I ended up taping that side with FedUp shipping tap.. from my job. Iâll need to use duct tape because thatâs what this crate will call for. Iâll have to tape up the entire seam of it. One weak pillar sends the whole house down.Things have been chipping off of this weak plastic crate since I got it. The locking door pieces donât even stay in THEIR own holes either!.. nothing fits properly. The molds they made the parts from, they put too much plastic in it, it seeped over but no one shaved it down smooth. This is good for a cat use to a crate, whom wonât bother to escape at all.Itâs a crate not meant to be picked up with or without 3lbs in it.Itâs a crate made to transport a few birds to the vet, or an arm length lizard, or a snake wider than a quarter or a rat or two..Tips. Pre tape all seams or gorilla glue it.Donât expect to carry it normal because the handle isnât made well either. If you need to carry, HOLD FROM THE BOTTOM.and do not use for long periods of time.I also do not use this crate every time my rabbit thumps. Sometimes he does stop on his own. So Iâve maybe gently used this crate 1x a week since September for the rabbit.

Works great
Got it for roommate’s cat. He doesn’t like riding in it but it sure makes it easier to get him to the vet, a place none of our cats like going to.

Good design and good quality/sturdy cat or small dog carrier
Perfect –
Decent value. Sturdy enough to ship a puppy.

I ordered one of these to replace a 20 year old carrier (that was much heavier and not as good of a gate system).2 days later I ordered another of these. So simple to put together, the kittens love playing in it, very light but solidly built.Just not sure why the top is open under the handle when it arrived, but it seems like it should be closed, so I closed it.Also, it comes with 2 strap hooks.I can’t imagine running a strap through the hooks and carrying like that, when it has a perfectly fine built in handle…

Great for the Vet visit – and a medium catWouldn’t go larger or longer.
