Great for my home workout
I’ve used the elastic bands for several days now for my arms, legs and thigh exercises and I’m loving them. They are of good quality and the elasticity is good. I think they are helping me build my strength up gradually post-surgery. I’m currently using the green and blue ones for my arm exercises, the yellow and red ones for my lower legs, and the red & black one for my thigh exercises. I say they are great value for the price

I was introduced to this exercise bands and they are flexible and firm.I have been having some pain on my left upper arm and using this for a couple of day has eased my pain.I can do my squats more comfortably because they come in different sizes and strength.

Good for Exercise, Even Better for Flapping at My Grandkids
I bought these elastic exercise bands because my doctor said I needed to âbuild strengthâ and âimprove flexibility.â Bah! Iâm 82 years oldâhow flexible do they expect me to be? Anyway, I gave them a try, and let me tell you, theyâre surprisingly sturdy for something that looks like a stretched-out pantyhose.Now, donât get me wrong. These bands are great. They donât pinch my skin like those rubber ones (which Iâve learned the hard wayâouch). And they donât snap back and hit me in the face when I lose focus, which happens more often than Iâd like to admit.But the real fun? Waving these things at my grandkids when they wonât stop poking their noses in their phones. âLook at Nana,â I yell, snapping the band like Iâm Indiana Jones. Gets their attention every time!So yes, these bands are wonderful for âexercise,â but theyâre also good for keeping the young ones in line. Highly recommend.

Love it! Best I’ve bought!
My daughter and I have enjoyed using these bands for strength training. She uses the light and medium for at home physio therapy, and will soon be able use the heavy one as well. I use the medium, heavy, and x heavy for my daily work outs. Definitely worth it! I find it’s a good addition to my home gym!

Not as stretchy as other brands I’ve used.
Not as stretchy as other brands I’ve used. My other bands have a long range of motion with the resistance increasing gradually over that distance. These bands start with similar resistance to my other bands, but these only stretch about half as far before the resistance skyrockets and they don’t stretch any further. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on the exercise you’re doing, but it’s generally a bad thing based on the way I used them.

I recently fell down a Facebook Reels rabbit hole, laughing at one personal trainer’s shenanigans (“Haaaaave a seat.”) but then deciding I may as well do those mini band workouts while I’m watching, so I ordered these.There are five bands, ranging from X-Light to X-Heavy. The thickness/heaviness is designated in three ways: color, words, and a star system (one star is extra light, five stars is extra heavy), so it’s easy to grab the right one.I’ve just spent a half hour following along with a bunch of those reels for arms, legs, and core. I’m sad to report it may be a while before I can use the black/extra heavy one… I had no idea how puny I am! But that will improve if I keep at it, and these bands seems like they’ll last a good long while.

These resistance bands are perfect for adding extra resistance to my workouts, at home or the gym. I’m using them for strength training, stretching, and even rehab (bad shoulder). Super lightweight for travel, so I can take them anywhere, in my backpack or purse!
