This is our dedicated, mini bin for used coffee grounds headed for our compost pile. It’s compact but the lid opening is wide enough to make transfer of the grounds from the plunger pot easy and neat. It fits nicely and inconspicuously on our coffee-making caddy. Very pleased with this purchase.

Compact, but still holds a nice amount. Solid quality. We’ve been using this for months now and don’t have any issue with smells. We use a compostable bag with it and empty it 2-3 times a week. It’s easy to wash.

Good, functional but pricey
This little basket has been a great addition to our kitchen. Before, my wife used an old mixing bowl to collect fruit and veggie scraps, which often sat on the counter looking messy until it was emptied twice a day. Now, with this lidded basket, she can toss scraps in right away, keeping the counter clean and clutter-free.The size is just rightâabout a gallonâmaking it easy to find compostable liners. We’ve been using it for over three months without any issues. Installing the trash bag is simple thanks to a removable rectangular insert that holds the bag in place. I like to tuck the excess bag inside for a cleaner look.It has a small handle on top for carrying it to the garage, though we usually just tie up the bag and take that to the yard-waste bin. The compact size means it blends into the kitchen without drawing attention, yet it holds enough that we only need to empty it once a day. It does a great job of locking in odors too; as long as the lid is properly closed, we havenât had any smell problems at all.We got the white one, and it looks neat on the counter. My only gripe is the priceâat $20, it feels a bit steep for what it is. But overall, itâs a functional and tidy solution Iâd definitely recommend.

Great counter top addition.
This is really nice to have. It makes emptying coffee grounds and sink strainers a breeze without having to walk to the trash container every time. Also good for cleaning up counter spills and scrapping off plates and pans before washing. The lid keeps it from smelling. When the bag is full, simply remove it and replace with a new one. Definitely glad I purchased this item. I Highly recommend this product.

Perfectly sized
These are great, if you must compost where you live. Leave them on the counter. i use 1 for food scraps, and one for everything else. Just make sure you buy the right sized bags for these (3 gallons)

Perfect size. Easy to empty. Stores are now using recyclable plastic in produce section, I use those to line it. Never notice a smell when itâs closed. Empty about once a week or sooner if full.

Love this little compost bin. I live in senior housing in a small apartment with very little countertop space. This fits perfectly in my prep space, but is out of the way. I love that it has a ring that will hold a biodegradable liner securely in place. It’s easy to clean and attractive to have out in view. Very glad I bought it.
