Label impossible to remove
Unfortunately, Mintcraft, distributed by Orgill, Inc. of Memphis, TN, thinks is it appropriate to affix a non-removable glue and paper label on the face of their garden products, that won’t fully come off even after soaking in water and scrubbing. Orgill’s customer service department thinks that referring you to an art supply store to buy a special product to remove the label is an appropriate idea of customer service. This customer thinks it is far better to not affix a non-removable glue and paper label on the face of the shovel in the first place.
