Better than Vtech
We are about 3 months into use and love these. They have great range and camera clarity. The alert features work well and the monitor can easily go a night or two on one charge. The app works really well too! After going through 5 Vtech cameras in 3 years I hope this hold up better!

Very nice camera quality. Plays lullabies. Zooms pretty good and has some cool features like cry detection. The size of the monitor is pretty impressive. Really easy setup and connectivity very useful. I would say the battery life of the monitor is 2 days fully on (does have an option to turn off when nothing is happening) overall great value

I had high hopes for this camera but it I would not recommend this to any family.Even with the sd card, it does not record properly. It does not detect the baby’s movement, even when the baby wakes up and sits up. I would checked the monitor and see my baby sitting up. No notification on the monitor at all!The app is useless too. Loading takes forever and keeps saying the camera is offline. The recording are also not consistent. Some of the records, I have no idea why it recorded. It would be of an empty room. No movement, no sound, no baby. Sometimes, baby moves or makes a sound, and it doesn’t do anything. No recording. I also don’t like that I can’t have it record continuously. The recording time is too short.It also says 4k but the image isn’t very clear. Very grainy.

Great Baby Camera, But Missing Critical Feature
We really loved this baby camera â the video quality is excellent, the night vision works great, and the overall design and features are thoughtfully made for parents.The only reason we returned it was the lack of motion alerts. For a baby monitor, this is a crucial feature. As new parents, we rely on those alerts for peace of mind when weâre not actively watching the screen. Itâs surprising that this camera doesnât offer motion notifications, especially since many of the brandâs other models do. It seems like a software limitation that could easily be resolved.I even reached out to their customer care team to ask if motion alerts might be added in a future update, but they said they didnât know. Considering other users have shared similar feedback, I really hope the company takes this seriously and considers implementing it.If it had motion alerts, we wouldâve absolutely kept it. Unfortunately, without that functionality, it just didnât meet our needs.

By far my favorite monitor. If allows multiple camera connections, an app for your phone to watch your child while your away, and also has a monitor so you donât have to consider be on your phone. And the babysitters donât have to download an app

Update: The company reached out to me after this review and offered a refund. I appreciate the company standing behind their product and hope they iron out the kinks with this monitor.We have been using this monitor for several months. The first monitor we got, the sound did not work at all and it would disconnect any time we tried to move the camera from the monitor functions. The company sent us a second monitor. This one randomly disconnects but usually reconnects relatively quickly. Annoying but tolerable. Tonight, the first night of sleep training our baby, the monitor disconnects and will not reconnect even with turning it in and off several times and standing directly outside of the babies room. We canât go into the room to get closer to the camera because it beeps obnoxiously when it cannot reconnect and will wake her up . So now we have to either go in to the nursery and wake her up trying to connect the monitor or go to sleep without a monitor. Infuriating after nights on end of no sleep and completely defeats the purpose of having a monitor. At this price point I expected a reliable monitor.
